Most of my items are priced very close to wholesale (trust me, these are great deals, the prices I sell the items I sell them for on Ebay are priced a lot lower than the suggested retail) or at the lowest price manufacturers will allow me to advertise for. Okay, just a little bit about myself - I have been selling on Ebay for over 7 years and moved full-force into all children's items in 2005 and I just love it! At this time I primarily sell items for kids up to the age of 8 but will eventually have products for kids of all ages, even "grown-up" kids! Customer service is my #1 priority at all times, everything else comes after so be sure to check back frequently as I will be adding to my selection whenever I can. It's amazing the world of great items for kids that are out these days!
Communication is very important to me.... I realize it's not always easy buying on the internet so I do all I can to make it as easy as possible and always provide very thorough communication. I never keep buyers in the dark and always send a personalized "thank-you" email once I receive payment explaining all details. On weekdays I usually send out emails within minutes of payment, on nights and weekends it may take a few hours or so. If by chance you don't receive an email within a day or 2 please be sure to check the spam settings on your email account. Every once in a while a buyer does not receive an email and it turns out the spam settings on their email account prevented my message from coming through. So be sure to check that out as I never ignore my buyers :o)
