Returns:
• This item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Buyer must pay shipping with standard return.
• I am VERY flexible with returns and refunds- if there are any issues please contact me before leaving feedback. Thanks!
• If an item is damaged during shipping I will generally refund if I am contacted ASAP, going by the honesty policy that the item was damaged by PO and not by buyer while unpacking.
Payment:
• Please pay within 7 days of purchase of auction close.
• If you bid on or purchase an item, you are obliged to fulfill your buyer responsibilities and complete payment.
• PayPal only please. If you need to use another form of payment please message me for clearance.
• If you are unable to pay or require an extension, please be up front and just message me and we can work something out.
• I will try multiple times to make contact before filing Non-paying Buyer claim. I really hate to do this so please contact me if there is a problem.
Special Requirement:
• If you have a special requirement of some sort (packing, shipping, carrier, etc) please contact me as soon as possible, preferably before purchase.
• I can gift wrap or gift box/bag items upon request for a small fee- please message me if interested.
Handling:
• All of my jewelry or accessory pieces are shipped in durable bubble mailers for protection.
• INSURANCE: Will be added to handling fees for more expensive or delicate items.
• Most items will ship out within 2-3 days of purchase. If there is a delay or problem I will contact the buyer.
Shipping:
• All orders include Delivery Confirmation.
• All items will ship from the displayed location (Lutherville, MD 21093)
• Shipping is set using the shipping calculator based on weight and size. If you feel that there is an error with the shipping and handling for a particular item please drop me a message.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before payment. If there is a change or special requirement please leave a note.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost by the Post Office or misplaced after receipt.
• If an item incurs damage from shipping, please message me ASAP so that we can work out a refund.Combined Items:
• If you would like to request a combined shipment please message me ASAP after purchase so that I can evaluate
• If you are granted combined shipping, you will be charged for the combined package rather than the individual ones.
International Orders:
• PLEASE MESSAGE ME REAGRDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Some items may not be able to ship internationally.
• I use Priority International for all international orders as I require delivery confirmation. Customs and tariff expenses or issues are the responsibility of the buyer- I fill out forms honestly based on the purchase.
• Please note that packages can be opened and inspected at customs.
• I can usually ship internationally to Canada, UK, Germany and most of Europe. Please contact me for shipping rates outside Canada.
• International orders may incur slightly higher handling charge, as I must use a larger package for the customs forms.
