Returns Policy:
You must inform us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. You must include the user ID and the invoice number. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are allowed to open the item to inspect the goods, but not use them. Care must be taken to avoid damaging the packaging as you may lose your rights to return the item the goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. After 3 days, exchanges or refunds will not be given.
The goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Exchanges are offered for items that are defective when received. If for any reason my policy is not adhered to the item will be returned back to the customer.
