We are a small company located in West Springfield Mass in the USA. Our normal Business hours are Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm US eastern standard time.
All communications are made in USA Standard English. We DO NOT offer translation services, if you need to use a different language, you may only communicate by email, the first email must be in English, we will NOT try to guess what language you are speaking, in the first email it must tell us what language you wish to use in the future.
We only use text translation services so please do not call and speak any other language other then English
Free Shipping only applies to the continental USA: Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, are subject to shipping surcharges, imposed by shipping companies, please read every listing carefully as shipping varies by the item.
Returns are only available on OUR Alien Computers, all other sales are final.
There is no free item loop hole; any refunds are only given on items that are returned.
We only offer support on our alien computers, we do not offer support on second party products.
Warranties are available through square trade.
Buyer must comply with all warranty and shipping insurance requirements, in order to be eligible for service. Customers who refuse to comply with rules and regulations, hold them self’s responsible for compliance failure.
Example: you purchase a product, it is shipped US Postal service, and the insurance requires you to fill out paper work, possibly keep the shipping container and send the product to them. But you decide to throw away the shipping container and simply demand a refund.
no refund would be given as you refused to comply with the rules as set forth. All Customers are required to comply with proper conduct as they would with any store.
Items damaged in transit: we must be notified with in 7 days of damage, claim must be filled with shipping insurance, and refund will not be given if shipping company discovers fraud. Refund will be given to the customer as soon as we are reimbursed by the shipping insurance underwriter.
Manufactures warranties are only available through the manufacturer.
So if it is not made by Alien Computer, please do not ask for warranty service, it is the customer’s responsibility to register with and comply with the manufacture rules regarding warranty of their purchase.
Warranty claims must be filed with the item manufacture, unless a square trade warranty has been purchased, then warranty must be filled with them.
All second chance offers are as listed, in the second chance offering. Do not think you will ignore what the conditions of the second chance offer are.
All return's are subject to 20 % restocking fee, returns include changing your mind or deciding after you win a auction or buy it now, that you no longer agree to the sale terms and decided to cancil the transaction for any reason.
