Hi....

My name is Alissa Mandel.

I am 42 years old, a wife to a great man and a mother of a 19 year old son.

My career consist of being a Real Estate Agent at this time, and I have my Hair, Tanning and Nail Salon.   I love my job!

I am a plus size woman and being in Real Estate, my appearance is very important.  No matter if I am in the office dressing professional or meeting a client on the weekend to sign some papers or show a house and I have on a pair of capris and am a little bit more casual then when in the office.

Plus size woman should be able to wear today's fashions without looking like they were squeezed into a size 4.  I hate today's model's that are so skinny, what ever  happen to Marilynn Monroe, Betty Paige and the icons of yesterday's eye.  They were vouluptous women and society adored them?  When did society become so hung up on being a size 4?

I love Lane Bryant and Avenue.  I used to work at Lane Bryant just so I could have their clothing discount!!!  My husband used to say I worked there to  support my addiction to their clothing!

 

  

My husband and I just bought our second home.  We actually bought 5 acres up on a mountain top in the coastal range where we literally have deer in our yard every morning and night.  We have named them...Jane Doe and Billy Buck.

Our new property has a new manufactured home on the corner of it.  We are working on building a log home on our own.  So it may take a bit but we have the satisfaction  of knowing we did it on our own.

That is were ebay comes in as it helps out with the extra expenses of our log home!!!  Besides I had never even logged on to ebay until one day my husband showed it to me and then it was an addiction from there!  It was like shopping in the world's largest catalouge!

So that is my story!

I love ebay and for the most part I love the people on ebay and have developed many long distant friendships through ebay! 

You will find that I am probably the nicest person you can meet and I hate rude and mean people, especially on ebay as they ruin it for everyone. I dislike those who are out there to scam  people.....and can't stand being taken advantage of or people who are rude.

I will do my best  to carry quality merchandise especially for the plus size woman, most of the time you will find Lane Bryant and Avenue products on my site!
