Shipment:
We only ship within the United States (excluding APO/FPO). We usually ship on the following business day via USPS First Class/Priority Mail (depending on weight). Occasionally, we may ship UPS ground if a package is exceptionally heavy. Shipping cost varies from product to product, and is automatically calculated with the amount displayed in your shopping cart.

Returns:
We offer a 90-day warranty on our products to protect our clients from defective parts. We are not liable for any damages caused due to improper use or abuse (this may include disassembling the product). For XBOX DVD Drives, it is common for a problem to arise when the IDE and/or power cable becomes lose during installation. Try re-plugging these cables in, since you will be opening the xbox to retrieve the drive anyways. If you believe that you have received a defective product, you can send it back to:
