Greetings and Thanks for visiting our eBay shop!  Rasta Tings is an Ethiopian-owned family business located in New Jersey, USA and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  We travel back and forth to bring you "All Things Ethiopian", both the newest creations and the oldest of treasures. We love what we do and we're dedicated to spreading Ethiopia's magnificent heritage around the world. The culture and history is like no other....

Do you know Lucy? Her fossilized remains were found in the Middle Awash River Valley of Ethiopia.  She is believed to be humanity's earliest known ancestor, dating back nearly six million years.  Where it all began...ETHIOPIA!

Payment: We prefer payment through PayPal.  However,  if you would like to make a direct credit card payment or arrange another payment method, please e-mail us an updated phone number and we will contact you to get account information.  Please do not send credit card information via e-mail.  Payment is expected within 10 days of purchase.  If this doesn't work for you, please e-mail us BEFORE making your purchase, and we can discuss other arrangements.

Shipping: We're happy to combine shipping for you, so when you are through shopping, just e-mail us for an invoice with combined shipping charges. However, we do ask that for each shipment, you do conclude your shopping within a 10 day time period. We use the U.S. Postal Service for our shipping needs.  All U.S. purchases will be shipped through Priority Mail, unless you request Express for an additional charge.  On most items, shipping insurance is optional, but highly recommended, to protect against loss or damage.  International shipments will be shipped through First Class Mail or Global Express, depending on buyer preference or dollar value. 

Returns/Exchanges: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items.  We will be happy to exchange your item or refund your money (less shipping), as long as we are notified within that 10 day time period and item is shipped back promptly after that.  Please understand that we can not refund your money until you have sent back the item and it has been received. We will do everything in our power to assure that you have a pleasurable buying experience at Rasta Tings!
