Insurance is optional but it is not required.
Loss & theft of packages, packages delivered to the wrong address and other mistakes by the postal service is rare but it does happen. Theft and mistakes are more common during the Holiday seasons. It is always best to spend the few dollars to insure your package. We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping if you do not opt to purchase insurance.

If you are purchasing multiple item’s make sure all auction items that you are bidding on have ended before you checkout(pay). Pay for items that you wish to combine with One payment. If items are paid for one at a time they will be shipped in individual boxes and you will be charged the full shipping amount for each item. Once checkout is complete, you will not be able to add/combine other items onto your order. You may however start a New order that you can add multiple items to. 1- After you win your auctions, Contact us and let us know that you are ready to checkout(pay)

 Items that you wish to combine must be paid for at the SAME TIME with ONE payment and must be shipped to ONE address. example: if you purchased two items and want one item sent to you and the other item sent to a gift recipient of your choice, you cannot qualify for the combined shipping discount and you will be charged the full shipping amount for both items because although you bought two items, they are being shipped to two different addresses. However, if you wish to purchase several items for the same gift recipient, items qualify for combined shipping as long as items are paid for with one payment and are being shipped to one address. If items are paid for one at a time they will be shipped in individual boxes and you will be charged the full shipping amount for each item. 4- We will ship out your items within 24-48 hours. Depending on your payment method, you should expect your items to be delivered in 3-5 days. Please note that due to post office hours, items paid for on Saturday cannot be shipped out until the following Monday. We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods such as the holiday seasons. You can track where your items are with the delivery conformation numbers that will be sent to your eBay & email address on the date of shipment. Items will not be gift wrapped unless offered

When you pay using paypal it is an instant transaction

so we can ship off your item right away!

We also accept money orders, cashier checks

and personal checks.

Please expect to wait at least 3 weeks to a month to receive your item if you are paying with a personal check. It could take over a week for us to receive your personal check in the mail. From the day it is deposited your check could take anywhere from 7-14 business days to clear. (Our bank and the post office close early on Saturdays and are not open on Sunday as well as holidays) Then depending on the day your personal check clears, we ship your item within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail(3-5 days service) So if you pay with a personal check please expect to wait. When you pay using paypal it is an instant transaction so we can ship off your item right away!

Payment should be made within 3-7 days from the end of the auction.

If you are planning on mailing your payment to us, please let us know so that we do not file a U.I.D.  A friendly reminder will be sent to you after the third day of non-payment. If payment still has not been made by the 7th day and no attempts have been made to contact us, the item will be re-listed, a U.I.D will be reported to eBay and we will reluctantly have to leave you a negative feedback. A U.I.D will cause you to have a strike against your account as a non-payer. If you don’t contact us, we can only assume that you aren’t planning on paying so please keep in contact. Mahalo.
