How often do you list items?

I list items usually Monday- Friday, and I average about 30 items a week.  Add me as a favorite seller, to watch for the latest items!  If there is a specific item you are looking for, feel to contact me, I may have it and just haven’t listed it yet!

Do you combine shipping?

YES!  I will always try and give you the best shipping rate.  If you purchase multiple items, wait for me to invoice you (which is usually within 24 hours) and I will be happy to give you the cheapest, fastest shipping possible.

I need this item in a hurry, can you overnight my purchase?

YES, but only for US orders.  It’s best to contact me and double check I can make it to the post office to ship overnight, but I am always willing to help get your package to you as fast as possible. During the Holiday season, I go to the post office as often as 5 times a day to get makes sure your package gets to you as quickly as possible.  ***Remember, if you purchase your item on Saturday, after 1 pm, purchasing overnight shipping means your items ships on Monday, and you get it on Tuesday***  Purchase of USPS Express Mail is required.

I work during the day, is a signature required for purchase?

Items over $250 do require a signature, which is required to be insured under paypal’s seller protection program.

Do you ship international (including Canada)?

YES!  I only ship “USPS Global Express Mail International” to ANY country.  As required by paypal, I have this is the cheapest shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.  If you have a question about pricing, let me know, and I would be happy to give you a shipping quote.  A few select items, do to the nature of the item, I may not ship international.  This is usually specified in the auction.

I have a question, what is the best way to contact you?

Best way to contact me is through Ebay’s messaging system.  I check this frequently throughout the day.  I discourage buyers from emailing me, as I do not check this as often, and this method is not traceable through Ebay.

I noticed you sell a lot of Designer items, are they authentic?

YES!  Everything I sell is 100% authentic.  I take TONS a pictures of detailing to show evidence of authenticity. 

I just purchased an item, how long will it take to ship?

Most items ship within 24 hours of being purchase, however, I do state in my auction that handling time is 2-3 days upon receipt of payment.  You never know what may come up, and I don’t want to give promises I can’t keep!  If you need your item in a hurry, feel free to contact me and give me the heads up.  I’ll make every effort possible to get your item to the post office ASAP, and I’ll also let you know if for some reason I’m not able to (which is not often).

I received my item, but have a problem with it, what should I do?

PLEASE contact me ASAP so we can work out a resolution.  I’m a reasonable person, and want you to be satisfied.  Please do not automatically leave negative feedback.  I’m more than happy to work something out, but leaving negative feedback hurts my ability to continue to sell great items at great prices.

I received my item, LOVE it, and have left you POSITIVE feedback, will you do the same for me?

YES!  I leave feedback daily for buyers who have left me positive feedback.
