Thank you so much to all of the customers and all of those that have given us such amazing feedback! We are trying to reach 100% positive feedback and can not thank you enough for all of your support!

At all_ways_on_time we strive to satisfy all customers. A big retraction link is located on the page if for ANY reason you decide you do not want the item. If you have already won, simply contact us, and we'll offer it to the next seller.

All unsatisfied customers, regardless of buyers remorse, or a mistake made on our part, will receive a full refund + coverage for return shipping.

Because we generally sell overstocks and store returns, we rarely overlook defects. To return an item, simply go to USPS.com and click on "send package." Select "priority mail," and the website will offer you free delivery confirmation. We will cover up to $5 on return shipping, no questions asked. This will be sent in a separate payment as Paypal only allows us to return the originl payment.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A NOTE WITH THE ITEM NUMBER and PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM - you can even print the auction page or a copy of the invoice and write a short note with the problem to save time. We check our mail box every Saturday morning, and refunds are issued promptly on Sundays. If you believe we have received it before Saturday, simply email us the tracking number, and so long as the item is in our P.O. Box, we will issue the refund IMMEDIATELY. If an emergency comes up, please notify us before paying for the item, and we will relist it with no penalty to you - life happens!

Please give us the opportunity to resolve the problem before filing a dispute with paypal or eBay or leaving negative feedback. We bend over backwards to please our customers!
