May have minimal fading or staining. No holes or tears. All stitching and seams are intact. May have some batting shift. Good: Quilt may have been washed. Some staining, fading, or discoloration noted. May have some age-appropriate wear to fabric or binding. May have been repaired or restored. May have some loose stitching or open seams. May have a batting shift. Fair: Quilt has been washed. May have fading, wear, and / or staining. May have a small tear or hole. May have loose stitching or open seams. Batting may be shifted or exposed. Poor: Obvious wear, staining, and / or fading noted. May have tears, holes, or fraying. Loose stitching and / or open seams may be present. |

International Shipping policy for PAYPAL USERS and Other Payment Options.
1. PAYPAL is NOT Accepted for Payment unless package is shipped via Global Express Mail.
2. PAYPAL now requires package Online Tracking.
3. Global Express Mail offers online tracking to most countries.
4. If your country does not qualify for Global Express Mail we cannot accept PAYPAL as payment for your auction.
5. There are NO exceptions to this requirement for PAYPAL payments.
6. This shipping requirement applies to PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY.
7. You can also pay for your auction with BIDPAY or Direct Wire Transfer from your bank. Air Mail Shipping is available.

GENERAL AUCTION POLICIES:
1. Non Paying Bidders. We follow e-Bay's non-paying bidder policy.
2. We will leave feedback when the transaction is complete.
3. North Carolina Bidders: NC Sales Tax will apply to your purchase.
4. By bidding you accept these policies.
5. On a very rare occasion we may need to cancel a bid placed by a user with negative feedback.
RETURN POLICY

We focus on Customer Satisfaction and will address any problems promptly.
1. We will issue a refund of your purchase price for any item that is not as we described.
2. 24 hour inspection period is offered.
3. Notification of intent to return must be made within 24 hours of receipt of package.
4. Package must be received in return within in 7 business days.
5. We do check each item prior to shipping and we do have detailed photos of the item being sold.
6. If your item arrives damaged or broken, Please contact us immediately.
