How can you offer the products at such low
prices?
We have a great purchasing power which enables to purchase fragrance in a
huge volume at huge discounts. In addition to our very low profit margin,
our automated computerized system enables us to keep our overhead low and
pass our savings on to our customers.
What are Testers or Unboxed items?
Testers are what you see on the department store counters for customers to
try out. Most of the fragrance companies make testers to promote their
products. Depending on the manufacturer, testers may come in a plain white,
brown or no box at all. It may also come with or without a cap (lid). It may
also have printed writing or a label with “Tester” or “Demonstration” on
them. Since testers are made with the same content as the retail boxed
items, they are great way to enjoy the fragrance at savings. If you never
purchased testers before, try it! You will love it.

What is the difference between
fragrance concentration? (edp, edt, etc.)
- Fragrance concentration depends on how much of the actual
fragrant oils (natural or synthetic) are used in formula. More concentration
results in longer lasting power but also means higher retail price.
- Parfum / Perfume (15% - 30%) Highest Concentration (Last about 5 to 6
hours)
- Eau de Parfum (8% to 15%) More Concentration (Last about 3 to 4 hours)
- Eau de Toilette (4% to 8%) Average Concentration (Lasts about 2 to 3
hours)
- Eau de Cologne (2% to 5%) Less Concentration (Lasts about 1 to 2 hours)
What is the difference between
perfume and cologne.
We use PERFUME to describe Women’s Fragrance and COLOGNE to describe Men’s
Fragrance.
Why does it seem like my fragrance
doesn’t seem to last?
These are some of the factors that could shorten the stay of your fragrance.
- Skin Type - Dry skin will hold the fragrance for shorter period than the
oily skin.
- Deodorant Soap - Deodorant soap will fight with your order including the
fragrance.
- PH Level – PH Level varies from person to person. Some fragrance will not
react as well as the other.
What can I do to make it last
longer?
Apply fragrance on your purse points: behind your ears, on your neck,
between the breasts, ankles, and a light spray on your hair could last all
day. Also, trying using other products such as shower gel, body lotion,
after shave, etc. to enhance your fragrance.
What is Body Veil?
Body Veil is same as Body Lotion.
What’s the difference between
After Shave Lotion, Balm and Gel?
- After Shave Lotion (Clear) – Usually stings and will help to close your
pores.
- After Shave Balm (Milky) – Soothing to your skin. (Ideal for Dry Skin)
- After Shave Gel (Gel) – Soothes and Cools your skin. (Relieves razor burn)
What is shower gel?
It’s soap in a liquid form. When same fragranced shower gel as your
fragrance is used, it will enhance your fragrance to last longer.
What is the difference between
Major Scent and Notes?
There are many different ingredients (notes) which compose your
fragrance. These notes are usually divided in 3 categories.
a) Top Notes – Very volatile and lasts less than 2 minutes.
b) Middle Notes – After interacting with skin, will become apparent in 5 to
10 min. and will last for hour or two.
c) Bottom Notes – Most stable and the heaviest notes. It will last the
longest and will reveal the true scent of your fragrance.
How can I keep my fragrance fresh
for a long time?
Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat. Best if kept in a cool and dry area.
If you do not plan to use it for a while, it may be a good idea to seal in a
plastic bag inside the refrigerator.

How can I combine my orders?
If you use our check out system (not eBay’s), all the items you have
purchased will be in your shopping bag with combined S/H discounts. If you

If you have paid using our check out system, it will not update your “my
eBay” page information. eBay will not allow any other party to change or
modify eBay’s information.

Can you leave a feedback for me?
We are sorry but under no circumstances, we will initiate leaving feedback.
We will gladly and positively leave you feedback after receiving ours.
Why would not leave me feedback first?
We had many customers in the past who used to abuse the feedback system and
threaten us with a negative feedback. We assure you that we will leave you a
well deserved feedback after you leave it for us.

What type of payment methods do you
accept?
If you use our check out system, we can accept Paypal, Personal check, and
Money order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We will only charge sales tax if the shipment is being sent to New Jersey
Address. All the other states will not be charged tax.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we do offer insurance and we strongly recommend you purchase them. Even
though our shipping company will do their best to package the goods well,
the shipping courier can be pretty rough on the package. Please note that
unless you opt to insure, we will not be responsible for our shipping
courier’s roughness.
What if the item I am looking is not listed or out of
stock?
We receive our shipments frequently. Please check back with us in few days.
Do you offer gift wrap service?
We currently do not offer gift wrap service but will be implanted in a near
future.
How can I receive coupons?
The only way to receive coupons is by registering with our site. We will
email our promotion newsletter and coupons that you will be able to use on
our website.
How do I use my coupons?
During your check, there will be a field to enter your coupon number.
How much is S/H (domestic)?
The S/H will vary depending on an item. Please click on the item you would

When will you charge my credit card?
All Credit
Card payments are processed through Paypal and they will charge your credit

How can I check on the status of my
order?
If you have registered with us when you have placed an order, you can check
the status by signing in and going to “My Account” section.
How do I get my tracking number?
You should receive a tracking number via email after we have processed your
order. If you didn’t receive our email, you can also locate your tracking
number at “My Account” section.
What if there is no tracking information with carrier?
If your shipment is shipped out via USPS, they will not scan the package
until they have reached the destination. Please allow a couple more days for
the information and delivery status.
Can I adjust/modify my order?
As long as you have not sent us your payment, you can modify your order. If
your order has been processed, we are sorry but it will be too late to
modify.
Can I cancel my order?
Your bid is a contract. If you have won my auction, you will enter into a
legally binding contract to purchase the item from me. We would appreciate
it if you can make your best effort to complete the transaction and to avoid
receiving negative feedback and to avoid filing FVF Warning with eBay.
Why did I receive payment reminder email?
According to our records, we still have not received your payment. If you
have made a payment, please send us an email along with your name, address,
Item number and the method you have used to send us payment. Upon receipt of
your email, we will verify your information and update our system right
away.

Do you offer
shipping discount on multiple item order?
Yes, we will gladly offer you shipping discount on multiple item order
as long as they are paid and shipped together to one location. Please
use our checkout system and it will automatically calculate your
shipping discount.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally not limited to Canada, Europe, United
Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and Japan. However, we reserve rights to
deny any international shipment paid with credit cards. Sorry but
we do not ship to Germany.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Will be delivered by USPS with
Delivery Confirmation.
Can I choose my shipping methods?
Sorry but we leave all of our packaging and shipping methods to our
shipping company. Unless your order contains more 30 items, we will
select the best method for you.
Do you ship to a different address other than my
billing address?
Yes, we do ship to a different address other than your billing address.
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address during your
checkout.
When will you ship my order?
Most of our orders paid by 9:00 AM (EST) are processed same day. We are
proud of our order processing time and we will continue to do our best
to process your order as quickly as possible.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The transit time depends on which shipping method
you have chosen. Please refer to our shipping notification email.
What if I missed my delivery?
Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and they
will be able to arrange for re-delivery.
Why did I only receive a partial order?
All the items your have ordered should be received in
one package. Please check the box again carefully. If you

Can I pick up my order?
Sorry but our shipping company does not allow any pick up. (no
exceptions)
Can you use my carrier’s account number to ship?
Sorry but under no circumstances we will use your account number to
ship. All shipment charges must be prepaid.
Do you guarantee delivery by holiday?
We can only guarantee that we will process your order promptly. Please
check with the courier for holiday delivery deadline.

What is your return policy?
- You may return any unopened/unused item in its original condition within 7
days. However, you must send us an email requesting for RA (Return
Authorization) number prior to returning it.
- Any merchandise not returned in its original condition will be subject to
25% restocking fee or denial in processing your return.
- We will not be responsible for any shipping cost you incurred to return
the product.
- In order to process your return quickly, please provide information below
with your return. If the information is not included with your return, it
will not be processed.

d) Your reason for returning the merchandise.
- Please make sure to return the package with a courier using tracking
number. (UPS, FedEx, , USPS with delivery confirmation, etc.) We will not be

If you have purchased the insurance and the shipment you have received is
damaged, please send us an email and we will file a claim with the insurance
company.
What if there is a shortage on my order?

What if I want to exchange my order?
We will gladly exchange your order as long as the item you have received is
unopened/unused in its original condition. Please send us an email along
with item you would like to exchange with. The original s/h will not be
refunded and you will be changed another s/h when sending out the exchanged

What if I never received my order?

courier.

Which Countries do you ship to?
We can only ship to Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico,
Germany and Japan. However, we reserve rights to deny any international
shipment paid with Paypal/credit cards.
How much is International S/H?
The S/H will vary depending on an item. Please click on the item you would
like to purchase to find our s/h rate.
How do you ship international shipment?
Most of the international shipments will be shipped via USPS Airmail except
for Canada. All Canada shipments will be shipped via UPS Standard.
How can I obtain tracking information?
USPS Airmail service does not offer any tracking information. If you need to
track your package, you must select Express Service.
Do you accept other currencies other than U.S. Dollars?
Sorry but we can only accept currencies in U.S. Dollars.
