FAQ's
I won your auction, how do I pay/checkout? You should receive an e-mail with a link to checkout soon after the auction closes. You can also check out by following these steps: (1) Go to www.marketworks.com (2) Click on "Pay for an auction" at the top of the page (3) Enter your auction item number (4) Enter the e-mail address that you use on eBay. (5) Click "Go". This will take yo to the chek out form.
Do we accept PayPal as forms of payment? At this time, we accept Paypal, money order, certified check, your credit card or personal check. All personal checks will cleared before merchandise is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express Credit cards.
Why do you only ship to the USA and Canada? We are not authorized to sell AWOL products outside the US. We will ship outside the USA and Canada as long as buyer takes care of all customs first. We will ship to terminal and then the broker that the buyer chooses, takes over from there.
How long will it take for me to receive my item? After payment is received we ship out the next business day as long as its not a personal check. Large orders are shipped thru common carrier of our choice. They may take up to 8 business days to get there depending on what state you live in. Small items are shipped ground UPS and can take up to five business days to get there. Please note that our office is closed on weekends and most national holidays. It is also hard for us to answer emails on weekends.
Does shipping include insurance? Buyers can have insurance added to small items that are shipped thru UPS at an additional fee. Large items thru trucking firms can have a declared value put on that item and settle with that company.
What about warranty? On certain items we provide a 10 day buy back policy. If your not satisfied with your product then simply return it to us in the condition and carton that you received it in. We will refund purchase price of that item. ALL shipping costs are at buyers expense.
If I am not happy with my item what will be done to take care of that? Our customer service number is 336 294 2421. We provide FREE phone technical advice for all arcade game items. Call Dale our technician at 336 669 5740. Our customer service center and technical support center is open from 9-5 edt. Mon-Fri.
What are the shipping costs? Shipping is what is described in the description. For large arcade games we charge an additional 25.00 for the states of CA, OR, WA and CO.
I do not want to bid on one of your auctions...can I buy it now? Unless the item is stated "Buy It Now" our policy is not to allow this item to be taken off. Its not fair to the potential buyers of eBay and against eBay policy as well.
What is my tracking number? If you email us, we will provide you with a tracking number and method of shipping.
How about tracking after item has shipped? On large arcade items you can call our shipper at 336 852 4440 and give them the tracking number and they can tell you where the item is. On small items you can call our office at 336 294 2421.
What if my item dosnt work when it arrives? Pinball machines, jukeboxes and video games arnt made to be riding around the USA. Its not uncommon for a ball to fall out or a wire to come undone. This usually can be taken care of over the phone. Please call our tech support at 336 669 5740 for any problems.
Can I get expedited shipping for my item, such as next day air? On small items we ship out next business day after receiving payment. If customer pays in advance for next day shipping when they make payment then we will ship for next day. On large items we can ship them in less than 3 days to NC, VA, TN, GA and WV. This is thru a private contractor who can deliver this large item inside of your home.
Where can I get accessories for my items? On some items we carry parts for them. On arcade games we can order most of what we sell. We also service arcade games as well.
I live locally, can I just come in and pick my item up? You can pick up your items at our office from 9-5 mon-fri and we waive all shipping costs. Items will still be packaged up at no additional cost. We also help you load large items.
I have a problem with the item you sold me. First of all, we are a power seller on eBay and are an honest and reputable company. We are also members of Square Trade. Buyer can call us at the office or email with any issues. Buyer can also make a case with Square Trade which they are unbiased in solving problems.
I no longer want this item. We will take your arcade equipment in on a trade for other items.
I bid or won an item that I dont want. Please read every auction carefully to make sure that this is indeed the item that you want. If, for some reason, youare not able to buy an item for a winning auction, contact us at homezone97@aol.com as soon as possible and let us know the reason. A bid is a bid once you bid. We will probably be able to come up with an agreeable solution that will not result in negative feedback.

Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $250.00 door to door delivery anywheres in the lower 48 states. This way when you bid you know exactly how much your paying for this machine. This also includes wrapping crating and paleting which we dont gouge you like others do.
Game is complete and works all the way however I can't be held responsible once it leaves my hands. Should any problems arise, buyer can make claim with the motor carrier. WE have not had any major problems with current motor carriers. Trust your confidence in me and see my feedbacks.

Payments & Checkout
Payment to be made within 10 days of close of sale by cashiers check, money order or credit card which is thru paypal or billpoint. If paying thru Paypal, we prefer that the buyer be verified or have a confirmed address on shipping. If you can pay for this game then let's do business, if you cant then lets not waste each others time or feedbacks.
