Who are we?

Although we do have a presence on the high street, Allthingz is primarily a web-based retailer of gifts and collectables. We sell a wide range of collectables including Betty Boop, Willow Tree, Tuskers, Harley Davidson, Bad Taste Bears and many more well known brands.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, we will refund the full cost of the item - All we ask is that you send an E-mail within 7 days outlining your request for a refund, and return the item within 14 days with the original packing.

We are happy to admit that we are only human, and that sometimes things can go wrong. However, if they do, we would rather you tell us, so that we can make things right, than have a customer who is anything less than 100% satisfied.

SHIPPING

When it comes to shipping an item, our main aim is to ensure that your parcel reaches you in perfect condition. This means we have to make sure the item is properly protected while it's in the postal system. To do that, we only ever use professional packaging materials and spend enough time making sure the item is packed securely.

We ship orders 6 days a week, so your order will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received - usually same day. We will always dispatch goods within 24 hours - the only exception to this is Sundays and public holidays.

If a parcel ever does go missing in the post, we will take care of any claim against the Royal Mail and keep you fully informed during the process.
