Question: Do you combine shipping? Answer: Yes, I do combine shipping where ever possible. However, most of the tealights, votives and aroma melts are free ship already. If it's not free shipping, please email me your zip code and the exact number of what you'd like so I can send you a quote. However, if you are purchase more than one of the same item, the calculator at the bottom of the auction will tell you when you enter the quantity you'd like to purchase.
Question: What is the $1.35, I thought it was free shipping? Answer: Shipping is free, the $1.35 is for shipping insurance. We use the USPS insurance rates based on the total sale of your purchase.
Question: Do you give a discount for bulk purchases? Answer: I do have listing for bulk votives, tealights and aroma melts with free shipping, the discount has already been factored into the cost.
Question: How to I give you my candle selection? Answer: Please add your scents selection to the message part of the paypal payment when you send payment. This will process your order faster.
Question: How long does it take to ship? Answer: We do keep a large number of candles in stock and usually ship out within 24 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays and vacations.
Question: What do you have in stock? Answer: Please email me exactly what you are looking for and if it's in stock I will set it aside for you for a few hours and email you back to see if you are still interested. I can not hold items for longer than 6 hours so check to your email.
Question: I have not heard from you since I've placed my order?Answer: We respond to all paypal email addresses when payment is received OR cleared. If your paypal email address is different you may want to check that. We use yahoo email service so you may want to check your security settings or bulk folder for our response, especially if you use Earthlink and MSN email.
Question: I only received part of my order, when will I get the rest? Answer: If you purchased more than one auction, many times we ship out what's already in stock so you do not have to wait for your entire order.
Question: How do you ship? Answer: Items are shipped via USPS priority mail, or FedEx. It depends on the size of your order. US residents, priority mail takes is 2 - 7 business days international orders are shipped out once a week and can take up to 1 to 3 weeks to received. Paypal will email you with the tracking information when your items ship.
Question: Can you leave feedback? Answer: We use selling pro manager and the feedback will automatically be left for you after you have paid and left feedback for us.
Question: Can I exchange or return candles, I do not like the smell? Answer: You are welcome to exchange your candles, however you will need to pay to have them to be shipped back in the same service it was shipped to you (priority mail or fedex) and you will also need to pay to have them shipped back to you. I do not exchange any partial filled boxes. No returns excepted. There may be a delay if the candles you are ordering are not in stock.
Question: Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska for FREE? Answer: Yes, if they auction states free shipping then you will get free shipping as well?
Question: Do you ship to APO addresses? Answer: Yes, however, they are only shipped out once a week because I have to go to the Post Office to ship them.
Question: Is it free shipping to Canada? Answer: No, the free shipping is only for USA addresses only. All of the international shipping cost are posted at the bottom of the auction page.
