I have been with ebay for several years and have had successful transactions both buying and selling. When I decided to open a store and was doing my research it became clear the about me page is important to buyers in that it's the only way for you to have an idea of what you might find in my store and what type of person you are considering dealing with.
I have come to the conclusion I come from a long line of pack rats, the don't throw it away you might need it or I had better get that I might need it some day group! Which is not a bad thing, unfortunately you only have so much space and I have vowed not to rent a storage area. So my solution for this situation is to thin out some of my "collections" and continue hunting (which I enjoy) the estate sales, thrift stores, and garage sales and buy the things I like then pass them on. This plan works well for me and the buyer.
I'm a no nonsense seller with a sense of humor. I describe the item to the best of my ability and appreciate your input and questions which is a good way for me to learn more about the item and what you need to know to make a decision. I am always looking for hunting ideas and I would like to hear from in you in regard to things you would like to see on ebay or items you collect. |
