  My name is Jim Moini, and I'm a License Plate Collector.

  I have been collecting plates for about 20 years, and I am a member in good standing of ALPCA
    (The Automobile License Plate Collectors Association).

  I have several "primary" collecting interests at this time:
  New Jersey Plates
  Apportioned Truck/Trailer Plates
  Plates from Mexico
 
  I also have various other random interests, as you can see

I have been selling on eBay for more than 5 years - here are my guidelines:

As a seller....
- I always combine postage - I use Priority Mail (or First Class for light packages)
- Anything can be returned for any valid reason
- I will always give a full refund (including postage)
- I leave feedback for my buyers as soon as payment is received

As a buyer....
- I will pay for items promptly after the auction ends
- I leave feedback as soon as merchandise is received
