So you want to know a little bit "about us"??

We have been on ebay since July of 1999. When I say we I mean my Brother Pete and I. My Brother owns his own business dealing with the buying and selling of antiques and collectibles and also estate liquidations. This includes traveling almost everyday in and out of our great state of Virginia to find items of interest and hopefully to find the next "Big Sleeper Item for ebay". His specialty interest is in old stoneware pottery crocks & jugs and also vintage Civil War & World War Militaria. Not to mention old lightning rods, weather vanes, advertising items, vintage toys and so on.

Where do I come in to this picture?

Well when I was young I use to be into computers and I even had my own commodore 64 back in the day and then I pretty much lost interest.

With the age of the internet coming into focus and hearing about this great site where you could sell things and have fun doing it, it was only a matter of time until I got back into computers. My Brother offered me a chance to try out this new idea called "ebay". So in 1999 we bought a new computer and I got to learn all of the new aspects of computing (and after 4 years I am still learning new things). Needless to say it has been fun and hopefully it will stay fun.

So when my Brother brings items to me, I get to list them on ebay. In the process of this I get to take pictures of items and also make the descriptions. I try my best to describe the items accurately. I also do the packing of the items that sell. The best part of doing all of this is that I get to talk to people from all over the world. Something that would not have happened otherwise. We have come across some good and helpful people thanks to this.
