I have been selling on eBay for about a year now. I have a fairly intense professional job as an executive in a Fortune 50 company, so this is a hobby for me, much more than a business. 

To be sure it is fun, I bend over backwards to make my customers happy!

The one piece of negative feedback I have gotten was retalliation for a seller who tried to cheat me and got one of the two negative ratings I have ever left.
