Hi, my name is Emma and I'd like to take this opportunity to talk to you about our Authenticity Guarantee.
I'd like you to know that our business and reputation is built on honesty and trust which runs through the core of everything we do.
Everything we sell is carefully authenticated by two authenticators that individually inspect each and every item in detail prior to listing.
Each item is authenticated twice to ensure that we prove our own due diligence.
This means that we take all steps necessary to rule out the risk of selling you a fake or replica.
I am the lead authenticator within our business and have built up my knowledge over a period of approximately 6 years.
During that time I have been recognized as a My Poupette recommended seller and handled and authenticated well over 5,000 individual designer items.
I love what I do and my knowledge expands with each new season, range or even by the item if I am presented with something new or unique.
In order to ensure that everything we sell is authentic I spend 20 to 25 hours each week researching information and checking for authenticity so that you don't have to.

Photo's & Descriptions We want you to be happy with your purchase and it's very important to us that when you buy an item, it is exactly as you expected when it arrives.
In order to ensure this we take great care in the way we photograph and describe our each and every item we sell.
Every single item we sell has its own set of unique photos that are taken by our very own talented photographer Marc and water marked with our Always Authentic logo.
All photographs will be of the actual item you will receive and under no circumstances do we use 'stock' or recycled photographs.
We try to include as much information as possible when writing our listings and we describe all of our items to the best of our abilities.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish prior to buying from us to ensure you are completely happy with the condition of your purchase.
We guarantee that any damage, repairs or modifications to items will be disclosed within the listing description.
The need for any repairs or modifications after your purchase are subject to your own discretion.
All of our items are stored and packaged in a smoke free environment however; as many of our items are previously owned they may once have been owned and used by a smoker.
If any of our items have a strong or obvious odour this will always be noted in the item description.

Shipping & Postage InformationAt Always Authentic we pride ourselves on ensuring that every one of our items is received safely, quickly and in perfect condition whether it is posted around the corner or to the other side of the world.
We will always -
Package our items to the highest standard using the best quality packaging to fully protect your item against damage in transit.
We will strive to keep our postage costs to an absolute minimum, while providing the very best shipping service from the UK.
Our postage costs do not cover eBay and Paypal fees or VAT like some others, our shipping costs are reflective of actual postage and packing costs. We never profit from postage costs.
UK Postage -
All our items within the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery is within 48 hours and in 95% of cases within 24 hours Shipping outside the UK -
We use FedEx for all items shipped outside the UK.
Shipping times vary by country but usually take just 2-5 working days subject to customs clearance.
The vast majority of our customers in the US receive their items 48 hours after payment.

Our consignment service enables you to sell your items from the comfort of your armchair while achieving the very best prices thanks to our excellent reputation and worldwide customer base.
We are pleased to offer this service to all customers within the UK, Ireland and Europe.
We keep things simple by charging a fixed percentage fee for selling your items of 30% in addition to associated eBay and PayPal fees.
We also offer a lower rate of 20% in addition to associated eBay and PayPal fees if you use your full proceeds against a store credit with us.
To ensure that we sell your item successfully we accept the following authentic designer brands -
Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermes, Chanel, Balenciaga, Prada, Marc Jacobs and Burberry.
We do accept other brands with supporting authenticity evidence although these will be subject to delay and further authenticity checks upon receipt.
There is no limit to the number of items we can sell for you although all must be in good, clean and usable condition.

Your Money Back Guarantee
When you buy from Always Authentic we'd like to make you feel as comfortable as possible with your purchase so that you can do so with total confidence. We work hard to ensure that each and every item we sell is carefully authenticated prior to listing so that you don't have to worry.
In the event that any of our items are found to be not authentic or are not as we have described we offer a full refund of all your costs including the return postage / shipping cost.
If the return is for another reason other than not as described or not authentic the refund will exclude the original postage cost and you will be liable for the return postage / shipping costs.
All of our items are usually shipped with a security tag and all refunds are dependant on the tag being in place when the item is returned.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a refund if the tag has been removed. We are also unable to offer refunds on earrings and intimate clothing.
