 Hey! We are a couple from Tampa, Florida. Being new to ebay we are excited by the opportunities and challenges here. We hope that by providing quality products and customer service we can find a lasting place for ourselves in this amazing community.

Philosophy

 We are all about buying quality goods at great prices and passing those opportunities on to potential buyers. We are new but our aim is to provide a service that makes buying and receiving the products easy and enjoyable for everyone involved. Auction Terms, Shipping & Feedback - Please Read Before Bidding. By Placing A Bid You Are Agreeing To These Terms.

We do our best to describe our listings as accurately as possible: at the same time we are often selling a wide range of products. Please feel free to email us with any questions you have PRIOR to bidding. We are always happy to answer your questions with honesty and will gladly give you all the information we can.

We accept payment through PayPal but they must be drawn from existing account balances (our paypal ID is drbarlow@tampabay.rr.com) bank checks, money orders, or personal checks, for U.S. purchases, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be higher and you will need to email us for a shipping quote. Bank, check or money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank. We are happy to accept personal checks but as a rule will hold the item until the payment clears. Please DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR SHIPPING COSTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED.

Due to PayPal regulations, items paid for with PayPal are only covered when they are shipped to a confirmed address. If the shipping address is unconfirmed we can take no responsibilty if for some reason the item is unable to be delivered to you after we have shipped it.

We can ship Mon-Fri with the exception of public holidays Insurance on most items is optional but is recommended. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage that might occur after we have shipped your item.

Shipping is higher for international orders - So please e mail us your address and zip code for a shipping quote.

Payment for international purchases may ONLY be made through Paypal and please DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A SHIPPING QUOTE.

International bidders are responsible for any taxes. We will indicate the item is merchandise on the customs form - We cannot provide false information, and cannot for example say that the item is a gift.

We will try to contact the winning bidder as soon as possible after the auction ends and certainly within 3 days. Our email address is: drbarlow@tampabay.rr.com if we are unable to reach you through this we will send an invoice through ebay.

We try to include as much information here and on our listings as we can in the event that our emails are lost in cyberpsace. If we are unable to contact you please try and contact us.

We require payment to be received within 10 days of the auction finish. If the item is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make every effort to satisfy you. Any refunds given will be upon receipt of the item in its original condition. These will be for the amount of the winning bid ONLY. Shipping and insurance to and from will not be included.

Our goal is to keep our customers happy and informed so that this can be an enjoyable experience for everyone. Once you have received your item and are satisfied please email us to let us know or leave us positive feedback. We understand how important feedback is and will gladly do the same for you.
