Greetings! Welcome to my "ME" page. My goal is to give you a brief rundown on my business philosophy. I have been a buyer/seller on Ebay for almost 7 years now. After being a buyer 98% of the time and accumulating a lot of stuff I decided that it's time for me to reverse the role and become a seller 98% of the time. Hey, I'm trying to help stimulate the economy, especially mine! That way I will have some money to buy more stuff.
Primarily, my concept is simple. Fair and honest service. I know what wrong is and I've had my share of bad experiences as a buyer on Ebay. I employ the Golden Rule as a seller. If you're looking for perfection then you're looking at the wrong place. I make mistakes just like anyone else but I strive to do the very best I can in providing accurate descriptions, low shipping costs, and fast service times. Ebay is not my only line of work but I do my best to keep customer service at the highest possible level.
I specialize in selling CD's and high-end retail items such Polo, Croscill, and Nautica to name a few. I keep my prices as reasonable as possible on the CDs I sell. I admit that some of my CDs cost a bit more than you could possibly find elsewhere. Though I am not the cheapest, I offer premium services. I spend a lot of extra time inspecting and giving a detailed description of each disc, case, and the front and back artwork. Basically, you know what you're getting. It has been my experience in the past from buying CDs that sometimes I find a great price but when I get the CD it was either worse than described, missing artwork, or a clear description wasn't given at all. You could get a refund but then it costs you $3 to send it back and now you have just wasted you're time & money. I alleviate the guesswork and try to give you a fair and objective review of the CD's condition so that there are no surprises. I believe that honesty truly is the best policy.
My wife and I bargain shop at name brand retail department stores. We use our bargain shopping talents to find great deals and then list them online for a small profit. The items I list such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Croscill, Nautica, etc. are all genuine first quality items. I do not buy stuff from outlet stores, irregulars, seconds, or questionable merchandise. I only deal with and sell first quality products. Again, you may find the same item for less elsewhere but then again oftentimes you get what you pay for. You may be getting a factory second, irregular item, display item, or issues along with that great price. My items are genuine and there are no issues. I charge a bit more but it is the real deal and worth every penny.
Both as a buyer and seller feedback is very, very important. A fair assessment should always be conducted on how a seller performs. Always keep in mind that selling is very time consuming and is not easy nor is it cheap. The vast majority of sellers are honest and hard working. Some of their livelihoods depend on feedback. A buyer needs to be responsible as to how they assess the service and transaction. If there are any issues with an item the buyer should communicate with the seller right away. Some buyers overreact and post negative or neutral feedback right away without giving the seller a chance to address or remedy the situation. Once a buyer posts feedback, it is extremely difficult to remove or change it. So please be reasonable in rating a seller. As far as shipping time, keep in mind that the shipping carrier can slow a shipment down. Once a seller ships your item it is all up to the carrier to get it to you. Don't blame the seller or rate the seller's shipping time low because it took too long to ship. For example I have actually had people give me low DSRs because it took them 3 days to recieve a CD after they paid for it. Three days is very fast but the buyers still rated me low in shipping time. Unless you paid for overnight shipping or Priority Mail it is a bit unreasonable to expect shipping to be any faster. Again, be realistic.
I ask my buyers to please contact me if they are considering leaving anything other than positive or anything less than 5 stars on my feedback ratings. Did you know that recieving less than 5 stars on any category negatively impacts a seller? I have no problem with accepting responsibility for my mistakes but please give me a chance to fix the issue and/or at least tell me where I fell short. I want my customers to be fully satisfied. Again, if I messed up something or was substandard in any way please, please, please, communicate with me first. I can't improve my services if I don't even know what I did wrong. Please be fair.
Well, I thank you for giving me a chance to introduce myself and to give you a briefing about my business philosophy. I look forward to potentially doing business with you. Till then I wish you the best and God bless!
