Please do not bid in my auction unless you have thouroughly read the item description. Some of my items do run small, but its all there for your benefit to help you determine if the item will fit you or not. Because I do go to the trouble of including all the measurements, I do not accept returns for items that do not fit. Please have your measurements taken and use them when deciding whether or not to bid. Thanks so much!!

I have great news for my Canadian bidders. Shipping on most items will now be the same as here in the US. The exception will be dresses and heavier items, but for the most part they will be very close to what is listed for my US bidders. And I do happily combine shipping, so take a look at my great items!

Please note when trying to contact me, that I do take weekends off, so most likely you will not hear back from me until Monday morning.

Shipping
I do my best to send items out as soon as possible. Fast service is as important to me as it is to you. There are times however when life doesnt cooperate, so I give myself five business days to get items shipped once payment has cleared my account. Most often I think you will find your items go out within 48 hours.

***RETURN POLICY***

I do my best to list all measurements etc in my auction listings and I ALWAYS include at least one photograph of the item, sometimes more. If you have further questions, its up to you to email me before you bid. Because of the intimate nature of many of my items and the fact that I do include so much info in my listings, I only accept returns if the item is not as described in the auction. No exceptions! If you do receive authorization from me to return an item, you must send it back within 3 business days. Be sure to contact me for a return authorization number as packages rec'd back without will be refused.
