AMERICAN ESTATES IS MILWAUKEE'S OLDEST ANTIQUE STORE THAT IS AT THE SAME LOCATION IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN. OUR OTHER COMPANY LITTLE AMERICA WAS STARTED BACK IN THE MIDDLE TO LATE 1970'S.  WE HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE. LASTLY I'VE HAD SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR ESTATE THAT WE AQUIRED & HAVE BEEN LISTING MANY ITEMS SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2005 OUT OF AN ESTATE. HERE IS PART OF AN EMAIL I SENT TO ONE OF OUR BEST CUSTOMERS SINCE GETIING THIS ESTATE. IN IT THIS IS PART OF WHAT I TOLD THIS CUSTOMER..........

When we first got into this great estate back in November of 2005 my Dad wasn't sure he even wanted to takle it all. See it was a huge mess it hadn't been lived in for around a decade major dust. The roof leaked in about 1/16 of the southwest middle corner of it & the basement had partily flooded from leaks. But it was packed from floor to almost the ceiling & only had paths from the front door to the back door. Then there was also a path to the basement & bathroom. Otherwise all 3 bedrooms were completely packed to the point were you couldn't even get into them. The kitchen & living/dinning room combo also only had paths to allow you to get from one end to the other end. We spent 2 months getting everything out of there. As you have seen we found & listed items like the toys (Liddle Kiddle, G.I. Joe, Barbie, Tammy, Wendy, Mattel, Ideal, Tonka etc. you name it). All the other items that I was first putting on ebay when we first met & the magazines. There also was puzzle, games, newspapers (probably one of the 4 dumpsters we filled were filled with the newspapers), there also was tabloids I've barely started with listing those. Many of the items this family had were dedicated to David Cassidy (as you have seen), Princess Dianna & the rest of the Royal Family, Charlies Angels Esp Farrah, Cher, Bruce Springsteen etc. There also was tons of unused clothes, boxes of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, towels & washclothes & everything else you name it. We actually had a sale at a house down the block from my Dad's store that was vacant & my Brother-In-Law had a buddy who owned it so he let us have a estates/rummage sale there for about a week. It was probably one of the most packed for the size estates that we ever have gotten.
