- What is your refund Policy?
We will not issue a refund for items sold on eBay unless the item described is in a worst condition than described. If by mistake, the item you have purchased was in worst condition than we have described we will issue you a refund (less S&H).
Please contact us immediately and then ship the item back to us within 3 business days of receiving it.
Upon receiving the item, we will refund your money through PayPal (regardless of the original method of payment).
We will not give refunds for any other reason (color, size, etc. are not reasons for a refund so please ask questions before purchasing).

- Where do your items ship from?
Items shipped to our
US customers, ship from Niagara Falls, USA. Items going to Canadian customers will be shipped from Toronto, Canada. This ensures there are no customs fees or import
duties for our North American customers. - Do you ship internationally?
We absolutely do. You may pay through Paypal if you live in one of the
countries allowed by Paypal. International shipments can often takes about 6 weeks. If you wish to receive your
item sooner, please contact us before purchasing and we will give you a
quote for express shipping.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and Money order or cashier's check. No Cash or personal checks.

How do you rate the condition of your items?
All our items are brand new and have no flaws. These item are first
quality items (we do not sell seconds). - My item has not yet arrived, what do I do?
Please check you tracking number and see where your item is . If for
some reason, you did not receive a tracking number from us, please
email us.
- Do you allow pick-ups?
Sorry, our Warehouses are not equipped or staffed to allow for pick-ups. We combine items for shipping to save you money.
