The only good Fly is a dead Fly.

House Flies are a real concern for man and animal because they carry and spread disease and bacteria. They eat at garbage containers and dumpsters. They eat at sewage drainage areas and then they eat on our dinner plates. Flies do not have chewing mouth parts they must liquefy their food and then spong it up. They do this by regurgitating saliva on the food. This helps to soften it up so they can consume it. What are fly specks ? These are the dark specks left on the surfaces where flies rest. They are deposits of the fly saliva and fecal material. House Flies have four stages of development egg, larva, pupa and adult. This can be completed in 7-10 days. Adult female flies will lay about 300-900 eggs in about 30 days. Adult flies live 30-60 days. So now you know why I don't like flies. Thanks for reading about me and about flies.
