AmerID is one of the very few companies in the U.S. that specializes in both new and refurbished/used ID card printers.

We sell refurbished printers at half the cost or less than their new counterparts. This can be a considerable cost benefit for you and your company. We service what we sell and offer free telephone support. Your old printer may apply towards a trade in for new or upgraded equipment.

We carry Fargo, Zebra Card / Eltron and DataCard printers and supplies. AmerID is a Fargo ASP (Authorized Service Provider) and FSP (Fargo Solutions Provider), so we service what we sell.

We accept cashiers checks or company checks, but it does hold the shipping of the order up because of clearing times. We require a 10 business day clearing period because of the amount of bogus/fraudulent cashiers checks we have received over the years.

We do accept Paypal as payment from over 190 countries.

Can I pay using a credit card over the phone?
Absolutely. We do accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for U.S. customers. You can contact us here toll free at (888)-535-7622. If you are shipping to an address different than the one that your credit card bills to, you must contact your credit card bank at the number on the back of your card, and add the alternate ship to address onto the notes of your account for security purposes. We do not accept credit card payment on any International orders.

If I pay with PayPal, will you ship to an unconfirmed address?
Yes, however we will only ship to the PayPal shipping address. This no longer needs to be a confirmed address as AmerID, Inc. now qualifies for expanded PayPal seller protection. We will not ship to a different address.

Do you ship internationally?
YES, we do ship outside of the USA. Email us your address with postal code and telephone number and we will gladly quote you a shipping rate.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a tracking number.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship via UPS, DHL or USPS. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us for rates. sales@amerid.net

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We normally ship within two business days. After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.
