What to expect: (You Deserve the BEST!)
Shipping and Handling: I try to make my shipping and handling charge as close to actual cost as possible. There is no need to over charge people. My envelopes cost me anywhere from 25-50 cents each. I also bubble wrap well, to ensure the safety of your purchase. I also put your items in a reusable pretty ORGANZA GIFT BAG when 3 or more items are purchase or if Handcrafted items are purchased. There is no need to skimp on packaging materials. I take pride in my packaging as I want you to receive your items the way I would want to receive mine. I mail items promptly within 2 business days, so you don't have to wait. I always use Delivery Confirmation. If you don't receive your package within 10 days for 1st class or 6 days for Priority, please contact me and I will try to figure out what happened. There is Always FREE SHIPPING on USA purchases of $35.00 or more!
International Delivery can take longer, especially if customs is involved. I will NOT falsify government documents (Customs forms) for International buyers. Please Do NOT ask me to mark your package as a "GIFT" or to put a lower value on the Customs Form. Both are a Federal Offense!
Communication: This is by far the most important thing to me. Transactions go well when people communicate. You can expect me to answer questions, concerns and problems usually within a few hours, although if I am busy it can take a little longer. You can expect that I would work hard to make any problem "right" for you. I am human and sometimes I make a mistake. I'm not perfect, but I will do my best to fix it and do what is right for my customers. You can also expect me to send you an invoice when you let me know you are finished purchasing. You can expect me to acknowledge your payment and l will let you know exactly when your item is being mailed. If you need your DC number, please ask, as I don't include that when I tell you when I am mailing, since I have not packaged your item at that point.
I expect my buyers to communicate any problems to me, so I have a chance to make it right for you. I am human and certainly not perfect. Good Communication can make transactions a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE for BOTH of us.
Payment: I give you 7 days to shop and combine your order for shipping, so you can get the BEST DISCOUNT possible. Please ask for a combined invoice, as sometimes Ebay does not accurately calculate it. I never want my customers paying more than they should. I allow 10 days, from the time you make your FIRST purchase, to make payment using either PayPal or USPS Money Order. I do NOT accept Personal Checks.
Refunds: If I make a mistake or you receive an item that is not as described, I am happy to give you a COMPLETE REFUND, including ALL shipping costs. My philosophy is that a buyer should NEVER be out 1 cent for a seller's mistake. Just let me know about the problem. I am easy to work with on this issue. If it is a case of buyer's remorse, I will refund the item, but NOT the shipping, relisting cost or the fees I incur on your purchase. This MUST BE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE OF THE RETURN! All returns MUST be made in their original packaging so they arrive safely back to me. This INCLUDES Bubble Wrap!
Feedback: I always leave appropriate Feedback when the transaction is COMPLETE. That is, when I know you have received your item and all is well. If something is wrong, I appreciate the opportunity to make it right for you at MY expense.
DSRs: (Those Stars) Ebay tells buyers that a "4" rating is good. Ebay tells Sellers that a "4" rating is very bad. In fact, Ebay tells Sellers that anything under 4.8 is "bad". I get a 15%FVF (not much, but it's appreciated) if I keep my 30 day DSR ratings above 4.8. That 15% helps me keep my prices for YOU a little lower. Feedback and DSRs are always voluntary, but if you appreciate my efforts, please rate accordingly, so I can continue to offer you the best prices on your favorite beads! Thanks!
