If an item were DAMAGED during shipment, the buyer is responsible for reporting such damages to the seller AND obtain a claim number from the local shipping office within 48 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for a repair or exchange at the seller's discretion. After this period, buyers must go to the product manufacturer for warranty services. Insurance claims are subject to a US$40 deductible to be paid by the buyer. Repair services or item replacements (include redelivery for lost items) will be provided AFTER we receive compensation from the insurance company. The buyer is responsible for the defective item's return shipping charge and successful delivery to our given address. The seller is not responsible if an item is lost or damaged during return. If for any reasons the shipping company declines an insurance claim, the seller is released of any further obligations to the buyer.
