I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WHAT I TRY TO DO TO EARN YOUR 5 STAR RATING
I take great pride in doing the best job possible. Below I have listed what I am doing to be a 5 star seller. If you have suggestions for improvement, please let me know.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
I take a lot of photos, examine each item and list any flaws found. I am human and sometimes make mistakes. If there is any problem, or dissatisfaction with the item, I have a full return policy, and will gladly work with you. Please contact me so we can work things out to your satisfaction.
COMMUNICATIONS
I try to answer every question I receive and will do special requests. I do send invoices at the end of the auction, shipping notices, and any other information I think you may need.
HOW QUICKLY DID I SHIP THE ITEM
I always try to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. There may be a 1 day delay on very rare occasions due to family obligations. Arrival time has nothing to do with when I ship the package but how long the Post Office takes to delivery it. In most auctions you will be given the choice of Parcel Post or Priority shipping. If it seems like shipping was slow, please look at the POSTAGE DATE. Please rate me not the Postal Service.
HOW REASONABLE WERE THE SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs are stated in the auction. I have no control over postal fees and they seem to increase each year. I do not make money on shipping charges…I actually spend quite a bit each year on packing supplies.
INSURED PACKAGES
I am resposible for getting the package to you safely that means it is up to me to insure or not insure the package in case of breakage or loss. The shipping charges in most cases will now include an additional charge for insurance. If you receive a damaged package please contact me as soon as possible and keep all packing supplies that were in the package as I will need them to file an insurance claim.
