Alchemy Gothic Earrings:
All earrings are cast and hand made in fine English pewter.
Ear wires are surgical steel; Studs have sterling silver posts and plastic butterflies.
Earrings are sold singly unless indicated in pairs.

Alchemy Gothic Bracelets:
Bracelets are mostly one size and adjustable, covering from small to large.
However, where fixed sizes are inidcated, these are divided into three approximate categories:
Small: can be between 6"-7" (153-191mm) dia;
Medium: can be between 7"-9" (178-229mm) dia;
Large: can be between 7"-9" (191-242mm) dia.

Alchemy Gothic Necklaces:
All pendants are supplied on chain, or as shown. All pendants are cast and hand-made in fine English pewter, many with additional high quality crystals & other components,
hand-plated or other two-tine finish and all come complete upon their nickel-free chain
or other necklace of appropriate length.

Shipping:

Alchemy Gothic items usually ship FedEx inside the United States.
International orders will be shipped via the most appropriate method depending on the country being shipped to.Some countries our vendors cannot ship too. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.Alchemy Gothic orders can take up to 10-14 business days.

Whenever possible we will combine shipping on orders. If you are purchasing more than one item, please contact us to see if your shipping can be combined. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Alchemy Gothic products may take 8 to 10 business days as they come from England.
Shipping Costs start at $10 minimum.

Refunds

Alchemy Guarantee: Alchemy will gladly replace any product proven to be defective.
All damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the order. Upon report of incorrectly shipped or damaged items you will be sent a return authorization number and instructions onhow to send it back. Please note returns of undamaged/correctly shipped items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
