Hello fellow eBayers, thank you for stopping by my page. I have been buying and selling on eBay for over 6 years now. You will find all sorts of items offered here. Please take a moment to read my policies, I feel they are very fair.
MY FEEDBACK POLICY
I use the feedback system as my post-sale manager. When you receive your item and you are happy with it leave me positive feedback. This lets me know that everything is ok and I will promptly leave you positive feedback. If you have any problems or questions do not hesitate to contact me. Find Contact Information. I have found that some users just do not take the time or effort to leave feedback and it defeats the whole system so they get no feedback from me.
SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP
I try to send all items the cheapest method possible and in most cases I only charge the actual shipping amount, if there are any handling fees included it will be stated in the listing. I use USPS for most items under 5 lbs. and UPS for items over 5 lbs, I have daily pickups from both. Anything that is over 70lbs. will be sent freight and there is never a charge to palletize items unless they require construction of a protective box then I charge whatever the costs of plywood and materials needed are. I will only ship FedEx, DHL, or Greyhound if the shipping will be billed to your account and items shipped with these carriers may be delayed 1-3 days as I have to take them to a drop off location.
Local pick-up is not a problem, but I must insist on a couple terms: All items must be paid for prior to pick-up - NO EXCEPTIONS! Some buyers in the past have wished to play Monty Hall (i.e. Lets Make A Deal) when they arrive to collect their items so again items must be paid for prior to pickup. I recommend Paypal for these situations as it is very easy for me to refund your payment if there are any problems. If you are paying by Money Order or Check then I must receive it in the mail and funds must clear my account (3-5 banking days) before pickup. I am available in most cases Monday - Friday 9:00 am. - 7:00 pm. EST and Saturday Noon - 6:00 pm. EST; however, if these times don't work other arrangements can be made 48 hours in advance.
I am usually traveling throughout DE, MD, VA, NJ, PA so drop off may be an option as well, please email me before you bid, this service is not always available!!!
RETURN POLICY
The only items that I will not accept returns on are those that specifically say AS IS in the listing so please bid accordingly. I do my best to try not to misrepresent any item, if I know of any problem I will say so in the listing. I do not always have the ability to completely test everyting I sell and I will state this if it is the case. I will work with you to insure your satisfaction and if necessary you may return any item not sold AS IS. I will split all shipping, meaning you pay to have item returned and when I receive it in satisfactory condition I will refund your entire purchase and original shipping costs through Paypal only. This has been an issue in the past and the cause of one of my negative feedbacks so I will state it again... I ONLY issue refunds through Paypal. If you pay with a check or money order I will send your funds through Paypal to your email address, if you do not have a Paypal account you will receive an email with instructions on setting up an account to receive the funds, it takes just a few minutes and the funds can be transfered to a checking account, spent online, or you can request a check sent to you from Paypal (there is a slight fee for this service).
