Hi! I'm glad you stop by,
I Apologized, no Victorian purses are made this year.
I have a lot of designer fabrics and I thought it would ne nice to make a few patchwork purses.
Also, I have many purse that I collected from a few years back most are Retired never used and still have the tags attached, maybe someday I will put some up for auction. to down size my collection.

What's Special About these purses is all about the SCALLOP and ruffled lace
around the top.
Today is January 28th 2007. First of all I would kindly like to thank my special friend who gave me the idea for these purses around November 2006. I started a few purses similar to these purses and they looked so simple and plain because they're straight on top and used fabric for ruffles.
Victorian quilts I've seen are mostly scalloped on the edge and I thought if I scalloped the top of the purses and used lace that I've collected over the years, to make them prettier. Well I made one and carried it for a few days "only" , because someone fell in love with my purse and bought it. Well I made another one and someone bought it as well and the 3rd one was sold before I could carry it. I started making some for Christmas and they were sold before I could finish one.

These purses have been called The Romantic purse, Victorian purse, sweet purse and other names. I think these purses will make you feel special to carry one.

Another friend I wish to thank is the one who convinced me to sell them here on Ebay. So the first 4 purses up for auction, listed on January 26 2007, are one of a kind. I will continue making them in different styles, like big totes, diaper bags, school bags, messenger bags, portfolio bags and accessories. Any suggestions you might have in mind about my one of a kind purses are kindly invited.

I graduated as Salutatorian from Jocson Junior College's Dress Making Course on December 7th 1970, winning a gold medal for my achievements.
I made a lot of gowns in the past many years for weddings, " from Bridal to flower girls", proms and special occasions. I'm retired now and in my spare time I make these sweet purses to be here on Ebay "Especially for you"..

I like crocheting, sewing, tatting, quilting, and oh yeah! I love to cook very much as well. I enjoy summer a lot, working in my yard. My plants are mostly Perennials and I have plenty of plants to give away every year, some grow from seeds and some I started from cuttings, like roses, crepe myrtle, and other plants.
