Hello and Welcome to my Page! Here we will tell you about our company and our store policies. We own a small business and have been in business for over 9 years. We sell mainly baby bedding items and items for your baby's nursery. We carry cocalo, kimberly grant, glenna jean, cotton tale designs, winnie the pooh, lambs and ivy, kidsline, patchkraft and much much more! We recently opened an online store in addition to our one brick and mortar store. We have always sold lower than any other business in regards to baby bedding and nursery items. We even beat walmart prices by 3-17%! If you need any items that are not listed we probably carry it! Please email us through the ebay server and we will happily list it for you! We do not condone or force sale or try to get any ebay customer to buy directly from our online store or off of ebay. But you can ask me to list any baby item you need and i will!  Payment is to be received within 10 days of auction close or I will have to file a non-paying bidder report and leave appropriate feedback. Paying with credit card: If you want to pay by credit card, please email me with a phone number that I may call you, to do the credit card payment. Please note below in shipping that there is an additional 2.00 via USPS to ship your product if you pay with credit card. That is for Signature Authorization on the package - NOT a credit card fee. thanks! Insurance: Insurance for this item is optional and set at 1.50 via usps. You can choose that option at checkout if you want it. Delivery confirmation is free. Please keep in mind without insurance a refund or return may not be applied! Without insurance, I will not be able to help you with a lost / stolen or damaged product! Insurance is optional for a reason. MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct with Ebay!! Unless you email me / message me stating you need the item shipped elsewhere, I will be using the address on file with ebay. If you pay with paypal and the address is different, I will email you / call you to verify the address. Your package is held until I can verify the address (only if it is different with paypal). Tracking your package: Once your package ships out, you will receive a tracking ID (UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) via email. Returns: Yes you may return an item if it is: 1. Damaged from shipping (a claim will then be filed through the shipping entity). I will need pictures and you will have to re-ship the item back to us at your cost until the claim goes through. Once we recieve the item a replacement will be issued (unless item is out of production, then a refund will be issued - minus shipping). Insurance MUST be purchased for you to return an item that has been damaged! 2. You receive the wrong item. This has NEVER happened to us, so you needn't worry about this. But we do have it on our returns policy for customer satisfaction. You may not return an item if - 1. you change your mind once you get it. I do not hassle with these types of returns, only because all of my auctions will be clear stated - ergo, you are getting what the auction states. 2. Item is as described in the auction. If the item is described as black and white - and you contest you were sent a pink and purple, we need the package back before processing a return / refund. If the item is the same as described, your request for return will be declined. 3. You just need money back. If you get the item, or bid and win the item and decide you may have bid too much - sorry. You will still need to follow through with the auction. A return will be handled and processed. If the item was out of production and was damaged, you will have to receive a refund (minus shipping) if I do not have another in stock. Refunds take between 1-2 days (paypal, credit card) or 4-10 business days (Check / Money Order). Remember for you to return a damaged product - Insurance must be purchased!
