I am a 51year old woman with disabilities.

I recently opened a shop called "Back to the Garden Naturals". I sell artisan soaps- all organic and vegan- bath and body products and accessories and some giftware items. I also make gift baskets on request.

I work with a number of people locally and around the country who are artisans and have made and tested all of their product lines.

When it comes to this type of product-you- the consumer must know if you have certain allergies to certain ingredients. I am not reponsible for your allergic reations so please be careful and ask questions if you have a known allergy. Personal items such as soaps can not be returned- unfortunatley- Would you like a soap someone else has handled? I don't believe so. This is for the safety of my customers- I do hope you agree and understand.

As I said, my artisan made products are all natural and use the highest quality ingredients. You may notice some products that are lower or higher priced at different time. I want you to know that it is only due to the costs passed on to me. If I get a bargain- so will you! I do not belive in price gouging or inflated shipping costs. There are enough costs involved as you know with running ads, paying taxes, packaging your products and getting them to the post office!

I do not cheat and I do not lie about the items I offer for purchase. I ususally "will buy it now" if it is an item reasonably priced and it is exactly what I want. I pay immediatley upon recipt of the invoice-I am not always at my computer though.

 I just began selling in July 08. I am new and haven't gotten the hang of it all yet but know other EBayers who help me out.

Project Nevaeh’s initial endeavor is the Parent Empowerment Program (PEP).  PEP is a parenting program designed to provide parent education classes specifically for birth or custodial parents who have or are in danger of losing custody of their children to the foster care system.

PEP will provide a parenting program that is unique and unduplicated in Orange County (NY).  Specifically, this program will combine 23 weeks of in-depth parenting education/skills, including the practical daily living skills required to help sustain long-term/permanent family reunifications.  Also unique to PEP is the support to parents once the parenting classes are completed.  This is essential for parents as a vital lifeline, providing ongoing assistance as they parent through the various stages of their children's ages and development and navigate their way out of the system.  The mission of PEP is to redefine parenting and family success by promoting prevention strategies and positive changes in parenting, family attitudes and behaviors.  PEP will honor and respect children and parents and work to empower and support these families through education, information, resources and advocacy.  All these services will be provided free of charge.

Needless to say, given the current economic downturn, funding for Project Nevaeh is almost non-existent.  This is where you can help.  Over the coming weeks and months we will be conducting several fundraisers (a miniature golf tournament, raffles, etc.) which will, of course, be broadcast to our friends/supporters.  Please, when you can, do your best to join us and support this very worthy and important cause.
