Angel Vest, LLC is a subsidiary company of the USA Based, Stelan Capital Corporation (a Privately held Investment, Real Estate and Private Equity Group of Companies).

It is primarily (at this time) a buyer of "very high quality household goods" for various Company owned homes, offices and Motor Yachts in New York, Miami Florida, Los Angeles, London (UK), Geneva (Switzerland) and in Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas.

We are also constantly purchasing very high quality and unique items for the furnishing (and accessorising) of our homes, offices and Motor Yachts.

Our preferences, for household, office and Motor Yacht purchasing, are primarily, very high quality goods, such as sterling silver, crystalware, fine china, established reputable branded items and antiques.

Primarily Versace, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Hugo Boss and D & G.

At this time (December 2007 to end March 2008), we are primarily buyers of household assets for shipment to the Bahamas and we are always grateful if the shipper is prepared to ship there, instead of to our Florida address, as they have to be repacked and shipped there; for shipment to the Bahamas, at considerable expense. All of our purchases are for our own use and not for resale. We are not Sellers on E Bay, or elsewhere.

We pride ourselves on immediate payment and immediately upon receipt of items, bought on E Bay, we always leave VERY positive feedback for the Seller (on each and every item) and we appreciate this being reciprocated by the Seller, for each and every item purchased. Please note that as a lot of items are forwarded to various homes, yachts and offices; from our Florida office, so it will take us up to 2 weeks to leave you feedback.

Please note that that as our PayPal "Confirmed Address" is our Florida office, items that you ship to ourselves are forwarded to by ourselves to various homes, yachts and offices; we only then reconcile these with our purchases on E Bay and leave our feedback; as they are received at our desired destination.

Please understand if our feedback is at times, delayed for up to 14 days from the date of your shipment of items, to ourselves. This is due to goods being repacked and shipped to our required destination.

We prefer to pay by PayPal or by Corporate Credit Card. Bank Wire Transfers are very acceptable. We will pay by certified check but please understand that this a time consuming and costly process, with bank charges being incurred. We are not comfortable with Seller payment requests for instant money transfers, such as Western Union and prefer to avoid this method of payment.

We prefer that Sellers combine all of our items, for single shipment and for single payment. We understand that Sellers prefer to receive payment as fast as is possible and we are very content to make payments, to Sellers, as we purchase items (without shipping costs); and to then make a final payment, after the completion of our purchasing with that Seller (including the final single combined Shipping costs).

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL ACT AGAINST ANY SELLER WHO SUPPLIES US WITH EITHER COUNTERFEIT OR STOLEN GOODS.

WE TAKE COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK RIGHTS VERY SERIOUSLY AND WE WILLL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST ANY ITEMS SOLD TO US; THAT CONTRAVENE THESE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.

SHOULD WE BE BIDDING ON AN ITEM THAT THE SELLER KNOWS TO BE EITHER A COUNTERFEIT OR STOLEN ITEM, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY CANCEL OUR BID; FAILING WHICH, WE WILL PROCEED WITH ALL LEGAL ACTION AVAILABLE TO OURSELVES; AGAINST THAT SELLER, ON A MATTER OF PRINCIPLE.

THIS WILL RESULT IN A COMPLAINT TO E BAY AND TO THE TRADEMARK HOLDER, FROM OUR ATTORNEYS.

THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AND WE ADVISE SELLERS THAT WE ARE VERY ABLE TO VERIFY THE AUTHINTICITY OF ITEMS PURCHASED AND WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO ACT AGAINST THOSE SELLERS WHO TRANSGRESS ANY COPYRIGHT AND/OR TRADEMARK RIGHTS.
