First I'd like to thank you for wanting to know more about me. I am an Air Force veteran. I am a married mother to four boys and I work part-time in the childcare/preschool industry. I sell on eBay to earn extra money for my family. I am very picky about the things I choose to sell and I will never sell anything that I would not personally be willing to use for myself or my family.

I understand that we all have different descriptions of what we call "good" so I have devised this chart to help buyers better interpret my listings. I will never sell anything that is extremely worn, stained, marked or raggedy. I am only human, so sometimes I do overlook things or forget to add it in the listing. This is never intentional and if you feel I have done this, please let me know and I will try to make it right.

Clothing Description Chart:

Most listings state:

"Item is in ___________ condition."

Excellent or Like New = Like New; No Signs of wear
Very Good = Very light signs of wear; no stains
Good = light to medium signs of wear; may have light marks or a few loose strings; (anything I notice will be in the listing)
Used or play clothes = heavy signs of wear; some stains, marks, stretching, strings etc.

Book Description Chart:

Most listings state:

"Item is in ___________ condition."

Excellent or Like New = Like New; No Signs of wear
Very Good = Very light signs of wear; no writing, tears, highlights
Good = medium signs of wear; may have light marks or tiny tears, cover may be slightly worn
Used = heavy signs of wear; may have writing, marks, tears, loose pages cover may be worn, etc.

PAYPAL  ONLY:

All of my auctions are PAYPAL ONLY. If you do not have a Paypal account or can not for some reason pay via Paypal, PLEASE DO NOT BID.  Paypal is the easiest and safest way to purchase on ebay for both the buyer and the seller, and I, honestly, do not have the time it takes to run all over town trying to cash a money order.

 

Shipping prices:

Shipping prices are always upfront. They are based off the weight of your item. I will, however, ship the fastest, most cost-efficient way.  This means I may ship flat rate if, in the end, it is cheapest, or I may upgrade your shipping to priority mail, if it is fast & cost-efficient, but I will NEVER down grade your shipping. I also charge a small handling fee. For most auctions it is  $2.00 handling. For really small light weight items, it is $1.00 - $1.75. For large bulky or heavy items it is $3.00 -$4.00 depending on the item. For combined shipping I down grade my handling fees.

Why handling fees? I charge handling fees to cover a portion of what it cost me to acquire the items, shipping material, Ebay & Paypal fees, and gas. Believe me, sometimes $2.00 doesn't come close.

Because my shipping prices are up front, you are in control. If  you think it is too high, PLEASE DO NOT BID.  If you are ever in question about my handling fees , ASK ME BEFORE BIDDING.

 

Combined Shipping:

I am willing to combine shipping for auctions ending within three days of one another. The buyer must notify me of their desire to have the shippings combined by the end of the first auction. If both auctions are won, I will send a "FINAL INVOICE" for all items won including shipping.

Insurance:

Insurance (for most items) is optional but is always recommended because I can not be responsible for items not directly under my control. If an item is unfortunately lost or damaged during shipping, it is the buyer's responsibilty to file the claim with the USPS. I will assist in anyway I can, but since the buyer has the proof that the item has been lost or damaged the claim must be filed by them.

 

Serious Bidders Only, Please:

Please only bid if you intend to follow through with the purchase. Non -paying bidders cost sellers time and money; furthermore, they cause serious bidders to lose out on the items they really want to purchase. I am not a retailer nor do I work for any other organization. I am just a mom trying to earn a little extra money for my family.
