| Hi, Im Caron and I would like to welcome you to my page here
on Ebay...:)Some of you may know me from some of the cat paintings I did of
our Krista, a black & white Tuxedo kitty and some of you for my paintings
and drawings of horses, including some magnificent Gypsy Vanners I was lucky
to cross paths with. A little while ago I was wrapped up in working to
earn the awards (and I did) and 'get my work out there' . I would wake up in
the morning and paint, paint, paint, then run off to do what I had to do and
paint, paint, paint some more. I would list in the galleries and enter all
the contests I saw fit, but something changed. I discovered although
achieving the awards and committing myself to art was fantastic, thats not
what my life was about. It was about what is right here..under my roof,
under my care, and in my heart....my family, especially our Autistic boy
(who is amazing I might add!) and the number of rescues we have taken in
here on our Ranch.
As an avid animal lover, our home here in Eden is filled with many furkids, cats, dogs and horses. Our most recent addition is Cherokee, a blind Paint mare that my daughter, along with myself and the aid of United Artists for Animal Rescue, committed ourselves to raising the funds to give her a loving forever home here. It has been a bit of a road to help her recover but she has been doing fantastic. The shy timid girl unsure of life around her, has developed into a loving confident mare that knows she is loved and she will no longer hurt or want again. THAT is my reward now. I still do my art but now for a different reason. I do it for you, I do it to help support numerous rescue organizations and for them- our own crew of rescues. |
