Shipping Policy
All artwork shipped in the U.S. Domestically will be shipped insured at a flat rate per address of $14 for unframed items and $25 for framed items. Framing Special
Museum quality archival framing is available with UV Plexiglass for $85 normal rate of $125 for standard size art pieces. Prices may vary for other sizes and styles.

This certificate includes the explanation for the lot purchased, and guarantees its authenticity to the original purchaser for as long as they own the piece. The Animation Celection is proud to present signed artwork from the following Disney Legends! These artists have been with the studio since the early 1930's and worked on most of the important films created by the studio. Without them, many of your favorite characters and films would not have been as they were. The Animation Celection was fortunate enough to meet all of these pioneers and to have in-person signings with each of them. You will be pleased to find almost all of our Disney artwork is signed by at least one of these favorites!


Marc Davis: This talented animator and member of the "Nine Old Men", was mostly responsible for the feminine side of the Disney characters. Mr. Davis began with Disney in 1934 and alone, fathered: Briar Rose, Maleficent, Tinkerbell, Wendy, Cinderella, Cruella De Ville and Alice. His later endeavors with Disney brought him to Disneyland, where he supervised many of the attractions, and specifically did all of the designing for: Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion and It's A Small World. He was honored as a Disney Legend in 1989! Mr. Davis recently passed away and he will be missed dearly.
 
Frank Thomas & Ollie Johnston: Part of the original "Nine Old Men" of Disney, this great team of animators was responsible for many memorable classics such as: Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Jungle Book and The Lady and The Tramp. They both began on Snow White and stayed at the studio for 18 other features. These two pioneers are also co-authors on what's considered the Disney Animation Bible: The Illusion of Life, as well as another favorite: The Disney Villain. Their most recent feat was their own feature length film "Frank and Ollie", a wonderful depiction of the life and times of these fascinating legends. They both were honored with Disney Legend Awards in 1989!


Ken O'Connor: Often considered the "Tenth Old Man" at Disney, Mr. O'Connor began animating in 1935. He worked on over 100 shorts and 13 features as either Layout Man or Art Director. His design and layout abilities were so unforgettable, that in 1992, he was a recipient for a Disney Legend Award! Mr. O'Connor has passed away and he will be missed.

Ward Kimball: This talented animator, is also part of the "Nine Old Men", and began at Disney Studios in 1934. Mr. Kimball was not only supervising animator on many classic features, but personally created: Jiminy Cricket, Chesire Cat, the Mice from Cinderella and the Crows from Dumbo. Mr. Kimball a winner of two Academy Awards for directing, as well as a Disney Legend Award in 1989!


Carl Barks: Referred to as The Duckman, Mr. Barks began working at Disney in 1935. Between 1942-1966 he created all of the Scrooge and Donald comic books. His original oil paintings sell upwards of $400,000.
