About The Items I sell:

Item Condition - I rate clothing condition using the following terms and note any flaws in the item description:

• NWT - New With Tags
• NWOT - New Without Tags
• XC - Excellent Condition or Mint condition - No Visible Flaws at all
• Gently Worn - Normal wear with no holes, stains or tears
• good condition - This mostly describes children's clothing that can have a second life as a play outfit, or clothing lots that are great for working around the house or yard!

I take much time in inspecting and listing items. I list them as accurately as possible, pointing out any flaws that I detect. To ensure proper fit, I will always provide measurements on request and usually already have them in the listing.

If you're looking for great deals on everyday items, like kids clothes, shoes, adult clothing & accessories, books, videos, toys, collectibles and other odds and ends... then Shop with Anjlofgold!

• All items are used, unless otherwise stated and will show appropriate wear.
• Any major flaws will be stated in the auction listing.

About Shipping/ Handling:

• Save on shipping by combining winning bids in a 7 day period from my other auctions or store items. For combined shipping ONE payment for all items is a must.
• I ship USPS but on heavier items I do check rates with UPS and Fed Ex.
• USPS S/H, whether it is 1st Class, Media or Priority Mail, includes Delivery Confirmation.
• I try to list the shipping cost in as many auctions as possible, but sometimes there is such a difference in the price depending on your location that I would rather check it for you than quote too little or too much.
• I am always happy to check the rates anytime!
• I do ship worldwide, but International shipping is MORE! Please email for rates.
• Shipping cost stated in my auctions is for the Continental US.
• Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii could be more.

About my Payment Terms:

• International Buyers: Payment by Paypal or Bidpay are the only payment methods accepted and payment is due within 3 days of auction close.
• Please contact me within 48 hours of auction close and let me know what method of payment will be used and your full shipping address.
• Payment is due within 10 days of auction close.

About my Return Policy:

As a seller, I always try to describe items to the best of my ability. If I make a major mistake on a listing, wrong size wrong item etc., I will gladly refund your money. I do not give refunds because items don't fit or you changed your mind, or just don't like what you bought.

About Feedback:

Please be sure to leave feedback once you have received your item and are satisfied. I will ALWAYS leave feedback for a completed transaction, though sometimes it may take a few days for me to get to it.

If there is a problem, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. Most negative transactions can be avoided with proper communication. I have had some members leave less than glowing feedback before even letting me know there was a problem (damaged during shipping, etc.)
