International shipping rates vary by country and the weight of the package. Normally we mail via USPS Global Priority Flat Rate envelope. Flat Rate Global Priority is now $11.00 to Canada and Mexico and $13.00 to all other countries for up 4 pounds. 4.1 lbs. - 20 lbs. can be sent to Canada and Mexico for $26, all other countries the charge is $40.
Small items that are not of high value can be sent via First Class Mail International with rates starting at $5.00. The total cost will depend upon the weight of the package.
International orders valued at $100.00 and over will be mailed Express Mail.
For countries where Global Priority is not available we will ship best way and the cost will be determined by weight. If you would like a shipping quote for a particular item please contact customer service.
The cost of mailing store items will now be the same as auction style listings.
Feedback Policy
Due to the time it takes to leave individual feedback we have opted to use an automated feedback system. This allows us more time to find and prepare items for auction. Positive feedback will automatically be left for you once feedback has been received. Not everyone may be happy with the automated feedback system. It is something we took under careful consideration prior to implementing it. With the volume of sales we have manual feedback was taking more than six hours each week. We feel those six hours are more wisely spent shipping your auction wins and finding more great items for you to bid on.

"Are your Swarovski items genuine Swarovski?"
If the item is advertised as Swarovski then it is most definitely a genuine Swarovski item. We sell many Swarovski machine cut rhinestones, beads and pendants. Swarovski without question produces the finest quality cut crystal beads and rhinestones.
The majority of our Swarovski products are vintage. We have acquired them over the years through manufacturers that have closed down and auctions here in Rhode Island.
We take pride in offering you a diverse selecton of rhinestones and beads, many are of very limited availability. As with all vintage items when they are gone they are gone and there are no more to be had. We suggest that if you see something you want do not hesitate because it may not be here next time you look.
