Thank you for taking a moment to get to know me a bit better. As you probably guessed, my name is Anthony, I am a paramedic for a local, metropolitan fire department, in my area.
The following are my policies in regard to ebay.com:
Selling:
If you purchase an item from me, rest assured that the item you buy will be as described, on that I PROMISE! If an item you have purchased from me is NOT as described, or if there is a question or comment please contact me, BEFORE leaving negative, or neutral feedback, or involving a third party.
When you buy an item payment terms are described on a per auction basis, if you are unable to meet these requirements, contact me, and we'll discuss arrangements if at all possible.
Feedback:
I will leave feedback in the following manner...
Selling: When selling an item, I will leave feedback based on you payment promptness, and communication, or lack thereof. ex., The auction states payment is due within 48 hours, and you pay on time, or are unable to pay on time, and you contact me, to work out an arrangement, I will leave positive feedback. If you do not contact me and are only slightly late, you will receive neutral feedback. If you pay unreasonably late, or not at all, you will receive negative feedback.
Buying: When I purchase an item from you, I will leave feedback only after receipt and inspection of the item, and only after having received feedback from you. I will leave positive feedback if you leave me feedback, and ship promptly, and the item is as described or better. Neutral FB for slow shipping and item is as described. Negative FB if shipping is unreasonably slow, or if product has been misrepresented.
If for any reason my feedback policy interferes with yours, I apologize, if you choose not to leave feedback because of it, it is your right, however I believe the above arrangements are fair, and equitable.
