Please contact us first to initiate any return process within 24 hours after the rug is delivered.
We do not accept items that have been damaged or soiled.
We will not accept any returns without our authorization. To return an item you first need a Return Authorization Number. Once we authorize you may send the rug back within 3 business days of receipt. All Returns must arrive in the same manner as you have received it.-wrapped in waterproof material. We will refund your full purchase price minus the S&H. Buyer also pays return shipping fees. When returning, please contact us first to get the return address.
If you don't contact us we assume sale is final.
Unless we specifically mention that the rug has just been professionally cleaned, some pieces may need cleaning also some rug may need binding we are selling as is most antique rugs have slight variation In colors from years of exposed to sun light some colors may oxidize more or less.
