Q: How do I pay for an item I committed to purchase from you?
A: You may pay instantly with PayPal by clicking the pay now button at the top of the auction.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or discover through PayPal. At this time we can not process credit cards directly for orders placed on eBay.
Q: Do you offer combined shipping discount?
A: Yes! We offer 50% shipping discount off additional items on orders of 2 or more items won within a 7 day period.
To qualify for the discount, all items must be paid together and shipped to the same address.
The discount is calculated so that the item with the highest shipping cost is added first and every additional items
shipping is charged at 50% off the quoted shipping for that item.
Q: How can I cancel an order?
A: Order through eBay can not be cancelled once the auction have ended or "buy it now" selected.
Q: Do you allow pick up at your facility?
A: No. At this time we do not allow pickup/will call. We are only able to ship purchases out of our warehouses. We only use our UPS/USPS accounts.
Q: I have not received an email confirmation. What should I do?
A: If you do not receive an emails, please check your bulk/junk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your in-box.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return the product within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling and insurance is not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt, to request an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number, will be refused and returned to the sender.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We ship over 99% of all orders in the next business day following receipt of payment. Payments with PayPal (except PayPal eCheck that takes 3-4 days to clear) and money order/cashier's check will ship upon receipt of payment. Orders paid with personal/company checks will be held for at least 7-10 business days until check clears our bank.
Q: When will I receive feedback?
A: We will be happy to leave feedback for you at the successful completion of the transaction. A successful transaction is when you are happy with your purchase and you let us know by giving us a positive feedback. We automatically reciprocate positive feedback.
