About Us: WhataFish.com is a new venture founded by owners with over 30 years of relevant business experience. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products, being honest about them and offering great service.
Return Policy: We try to keep things as simple as possible for our customers. If you have an issue with your purchase our goal is to come to a reasonable resolution for everyone involved.
Product returns: All sales are final after 30 days, make sure to contact us before 30 days is up. Customers are eligible for a full refund of purchase price if items are returned new, unused and the packaging is unopened and not damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You must receive an RMA number from customer service for your return. Please include this number on all correspondence and the package for the best results.
Shipping: We do our best to package your order and can not be held responsible for damage during shipping. If there are any issues with damaged items please contact us to assist with claims from the carrier. All items are shipped insured for their purchase price. Shipping: Orders will be shipped by a variety of services including, but not limited to USPS First Class or Priority Mail or Fed Ex. We can only deliver to a physical address. No PO, APO, FPO boxes etc.
All shipping costs costs are for the continental USA (lower 48 states). If you do not live in the lower 48 states or are an International and customers in HI, AK and PR please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Our goal is to ship out our orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping/handling charge includes insurance. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Some items are drop shipped from other locations around the USA, we do this to keep your costs as low as possible. If the item description says "drop ship item" it will originate from another source and we will provide tracking information as soon as we can. Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive tracking information right away.
Shipping damage/claims: It is your duty to notify the shipper of any damages done to your item. If the packaging material is damaged please make sure to open the box and inspect the item before making a claim or contacting us. Most times external wear and tear from shipping will not affect your item.
We highly encourage you to be present or have the order shipped to a place of business for a signature. We can not be responsible for any stolen orders if someone is not present to sign for the shipment
Warranty: We encourage you to register your product with the manufacturer for warranty coverage as soon as you receive it. If you have an issue with a defective item we are happy to help as much as we can to get the issue resolved, but we can not be held responsible for manufacturing defects or issues.
Payment: We accept Paypal and will soon be taking credit cards.
