Combined Shipping (in this store) is the 1st item's shipping fee (this is always the highest shipping fee and is usually on your highest priced item) + the additional items' shipping fees. That will give you the shipping fee total, but not the grand total of the order. If the 1st item's shipping is $2.50 and the combined rate is $2.50 for the 1st item, then .25 cents shipping per each additional item, then to add up your shipping total just add $2.50 plus .25 for each additional item. It doesn't mean that the additional items "price" is going to be .25 each! It means that the additional items' "Shipping fees" are going to be .25 each. *Additional items ship fee for large items or wholesale lots is generally more than this, usually it's $1.99 per each additional lot or listing but this varies sometimes. ***THE 3 USA - USPS SHIPPING OPTIONS WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR YOU (*Please keep in mind that processing orders can take up to 24-48 hours before shipping, except for Express Shipments which Always Ship out in 24 hours):*** 1st Class Shipping, which generally takes between 2 - 5 days delivery to most places in the USA. Priority Mail is generally 1 - 3 days delivery. Express Shipping is guaranteed to arrive before 3:00 the following day after shipment. Express Shipping is $19.99 if the order will fit into an Express Shipping Envelope and most jewelry orders will. Otherwise it will cost more and we can give you an estimate before purchasing. (*Express Shipments always ship within 24 hours of Payment).	*When we ship by 1st Class and Priority Mail, those packages ship within 24 hours and most of the time even the same day. We have a Postal Carrier who picks up those packages daily, so choosing either of these first two options is generally the best choice. **When choosing the third option, Express Mail, those packages will take us usually 24 hours to process, then after the shipping day it should be guaranteed to be at your doorstep by 3:00PM the following day after shipment has been made.
Sometimes by just using Priority Mail it actually can be delivered quicker than some Express Mail shipments, as odd as that sounds. Especially when shipping to someone in our state, Texas, those packages get there very fast, like the next day sometimes! And even by First Class Mail it generally works very fast for us. I've sent some packages from here in Texas to my son who lives in Florida by Priority Mail one Saturday not long ago with my Postal Carrier picking up those packages and they were delivered to my son the following Monday! That was FAST! Of course it's "your choice" which option you choose. ***If we ever decide to remove the Express Mail Option from our Listings, you can STILL REQUEST it and we'll be more than happy to do it and we will send you an invoice with the Express Mail fees included. ***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!(COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE US)*** We ship International orders generally once every 7 - 14 days, and we use the Postal Service International First Class which generally takes 4 - 7 days for them to deliver, so keep in mind it could actually arrive around 14 to 21 days after you've made payment for your items.
