RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not allow returns and exchange of purchased SEQUIN items at APN Collectibles. This is not a retail store - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We try to be fair and accurate with all our auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid/buy carefully.
We give you the information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information is incorrect, please email me before leaving negative feedback.
We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
We will not exchange articles that were sent and received promptly and in the condition described.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse". NO EXCEPTIONS
You are responsible for your choice of style/color & how it looks on you.
You are also fully responsible for measuring yourself to determine your size. We cannot determine sizes for you, and if you purchase the wrong size, we are not to be held responsible.
In the rare event that an incorrect item (ie. wrong color or design)was sent:
We will exchange the item for the correct one. We will NOT exchange any of our items for a different color or design. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Items being returned for exchange MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE PURPOSES.
We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for a small additional fee. Only upon receipt and consequent inspection of the item/s, will we authorize the exchange.
SHIPPING:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the USPS returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a partial refund (we will only refund the cost of the item). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
We ship out all orders via USPS within 1-2 business days. Since we have no control over the USPS delivery speeds, please contact us prior to leaving feedback if there is a problem.
APN Enterprise will not be held responsible for late deliveries by any freight carrier. Once packages are shipped from our warehouse, APN Enterprise no longer has control over the package and the party receiving the delivery takes over responsibility of the package at that time. APO and FPO deliveries must allow at least 15 days for delivery.
We do not offer Express/Overnight/1-Day/2-day or any other expedited shipping options for our items. We ship all our sequin items via USPS Priority Mail ONLY.
We do not ship any of our items outside the United States. No Exceptions!
We do NOT combine shipping for sequin items with a non-sequin item. No Exceptions!
Under no circumstances do we allow local pickup of our items.
