Aquapac is a member of eBay VeRO (Verified Rights Owners) Programme and monitors eBay and the Internet for violations of our trade marks, patents, and copyright in order to protect our customers, dealers, and distributors. Aquapac vigorously enforces its intellectual property rights whether you are listing one item or twenty.
We do not authorise the use of our copyright within any listing on eBay. This includes unathorised use of our logos, photography or images published on any Aquapac website or in our advertising and marketing materials. Any such copyright can not be used without express permission. This also includes use of our product specific size guides and the information we provide to the general public on our websites, including our intellectual property in terms of descriptions, research, or other copyright material.
Aquapac does not authorise any resellers or distributors to sell Aquapac cases on eBay. Furthermore buyers should beware of cheap Asian-made imitation cases circulating in some countries many of them are illegal because they infringe our Patent rights. Think carefully before buying. If it doesn say Aquapac on the clamp, it not a genuine Aquapac.

We understand that individuals may wish to sell their used Aquapac case on eBay, but please be aware that these products can not be offered as ewand you should provide information within the listing regarding the condition of the item.
