My name is Andy and I represent Aquarius Computer Supplies Ltd. We specialise in supplying PC/AV cables and accessories at a fraction of high street prices. We sell on the wider internet from under the www.cablesandmore.co.uk brand.

Payment

Due to the high volume of sales and low value our only method of payment is credit and debit cards through PayPal. We are VAT registered (836 3565 10), all goods are sent with with a VAT receipt.

Delivery Times

We try and ship everything as soon as possible and unlike some sellers everything goes First Class.

Normally if you buy before 5.00PM (often later), Monday to Friday your purchase will be shipped that day. Purchase's made over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be sent on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

If you are unhappy with the delivery charge applied, please do not purchase. When comparing prices I urge you to compare the total "delivered" price. As Royal Mail charge by weight & not the number of envelopes sent I’m afraid we don’t offer combined postage discounts.

Returns

Everything we sell comes with a one year warranty. We will refund or exchange any item that is returned to us (at your cost) and found to be faulty within the Year. Please retain the original packaging. In addition, goods can be returned within 14 days for any reason as long as the item is "as new" & sealed in a resalable condition. Please e-mail us before returning any item. The buyer pays all return costs.
