WHO AM I?:
My name is Renee Boehm. I have been on eBay since 1998, initially drawn in by a desire to obtain unusual Christmas gifts for my family that I couldn't find in stores. From there I started selling my children's unused and outgrown clothing and toys. Then it was the "wow, what a great bargain" items. Of course, this part-time hobby quickly turned into a full-time enterprise and I have been a power-seller for several years. I will probably never get any bigger with this, because it's important to me to continue to provide the personal touch with every customer and every order.
I have four fantastic kids, including a set of twins, and have been happily married for 15 years. When I'm not working on ebay or ferrying my kids to and from activities, I also serve as a classroom volunteer. I'm originally from Kansas City, MO, but have lived in Florida since 1973, so I'm very nearly a native.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
I commonly use First Class Mail, Media Mail, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express Mail, Fed Ex Home Delivery, UPS Ground, and International USPS Air Mail/Surface Letter Post/Parcel Post and Global Priority Mail. Please email me if you'd like a shipping method that isn't listed as an option, I'm happy to accommodate any requests! Please note that Media Mail can only be used for books, cds, dvds, video tapes, and other types of MEDIA.
Most packages will ship NEXT BUSINESS DAY after payment is received.
I DO COMBINE SHIPPING on multiple auctions or store listings. PLEASE pay for them all together. I will send you an invoice with the COMBINED SHIPPING amount. You will usually save about 50% on the shipping of all items after the first one, but there are exceptions where the savings can be more or less based on the size and weight of the items.

MY POLICIES:
SHIPPING: I know when I buy something, I want it FAST, so I assume you probably do, too. I usually ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Once in a while I am not quite able to meet this goal, but those times are rare. Because I ship so quickly, I don't usually send payment received emails, but I will ALWAYS send you an email to let you know when your item has shipped and about when you can expect it. If you didn't get one, please be sure to check your email's spam folder; I am continually amazed at the number of emails that "don't get through."
FEEDBACK: I AM VERY GRATEFUL for all the kind, sweet, and complimentary feedbacks I receive! I read every one and find them highly motivating, so please know that the time and effort you expend to leave feedback is very much appreciated! I ALWAYS leave feedback after feedback has been left for me to let me know the item has been safely received, and the whole transaction has been successfully completed and "closed." I catch up on feedbacks about ONCE A WEEK or so, and do it all in a big batch. I consider feedback to be an OPTIONAL - and frankly somewhat problematical - part of the eBay transaction system, and if you don't want to leave it, I don't mind! I will NOT send you emails bugging you for feedback or reminding you to leave feedback, and I personally prefer not to receive such emails either.
I really don't believe in negative feedback. I think the world has enough negativity as it is without us adding to it through ebay.
MERCHANDISE: All of my merchandise is stored in sealed plastic bins or, in some cases, in original closed boxes, in a smoke-free, pet-free storage facility business environment. Because most of my merchandise is not at my home, questions relating to specifics about an item often require me to retrieve the item in question before I can send you the answer. Also, I do occasionally take a few hours off from ebay in the evenings and on the weekends, so please be patient.
Most of my merchandise is new, but I do occasionally sell used items, especially if they have a "collectibility" element. Used clothing is shipped in clean, laundered condition.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the eBay auction site, there is no provision for order cancellation. Sellers charges are levied at the time the sale takes place. However, I am willing to substitute other merchandise of the same value, and in some cases I can allow an order cancellation depending on the circumstances and if fees are paid. Please contact me if you have a situation of this nature. Please do not use this policy frivolously; I encourage you to ask any questions in advance, contact anyone else who might be looking for the same item for you, and anything else you need to do to make sure of your purchase BEFORE you make it.
I offer an unconditional merchandise-credit return policy. Just email me if you have an issue.
If an item is unintentionally misrepresented or if the wrong item or size is delivered, money-back returns and exchanges are always accepted.
